Lies
Receptionist is rude like others say. Property is low income housing only, doesn't say anywhere on their website or here. They also aren't leasing despite what it says here and what the signs on their property say, there is a waiting list

Rude Receptionist
The receptionist wouldn’t let me speak and kept talking over me. She was basically trying to rush me off the phone. We live somewhere and needed to know for sure if an apartment would be available but she wouldn’t give me any definitives.

Don’t move here.
They have a bunch of teenagers living in these apartments for free and they don’t have jobs and they are loud and obnoxious! Pet policy also says 35 lbs weight limit but there are plenty of dogs that are close to 100lbs if not more. This place is a joke. Can’t wait to move out!

Great location but bizarre pet policy
I was so hopeful to move into this facility as it is one of few affordable locations for young people in Saratoga springs, however I have 2 pets (cats) and they have a 1 pet policy. Very random policy as most pet owners have 2 pets so 1 isn’t alone all the time.

R U D E
Receptionist called to talk to me about a place and when j was asking questions she would keep cutting me off and huff and puff trying to get me off the phone. Her tone was very impatient and upset whenever I tried talking. Not a positive experience. Hopefully they will consider her as a reason why people might not be moving in.
