Property Ratings at Inwood at Renaissance Square
The way this development is designed is really different. There are commercial areas interwoven with the residences. Which means commercial traffic between your car and your building . Parking for residents should be reserved spaces but you compete with the bar/ restaurant in the complex for good spaces. There are a lot of dogs here, a lot. Some owners are responsible , some are not. I feel that the pets have more rights than the residents. I go to get on the elevator and the owner says “she’s not really a people person “ meaning her dog and she closes the elevator door . Ok. People reserve their poolside seats when the pool opens by throwing down their towel. Leave the area and come back several hours later. Open smoking of substances in the building and especially on the balconies. Clearly I don’t smoke so I think no smoking should be seriously enforced. I don’t know why people on all levels don’t get that people live below them . Basic apartment living courtesy.
If you like living next to a restaurant....but in reality a NIGHTCLUB! Music blasting away for what seems like ALL NIGHT! Management wont do anything. LOUD PEOPLE LOUD MUSIC and the overflow of trash from the restauarnt. Crazy to live here
Located next to a bar, nightclub, restaurant. Living directly behind it you get a dump front view. Trash is always overflowing, smells horrible and drunks are always partying until 2 and 3am. The employees of chicken or the egg rev their engines in the back of their building…which faces my apartment. The employees smoke at the back of the restaurant so I can never open my windows. Other reviewers are right when they say it’s luxury inside the apartment but the windows and walls are paper thin. You hear everything outside. Luckily my apartment only had a couple windows but I still heard everything. When you tell the office manager she does nothing about it. She constantly says it’s out of her control. I am moving when my lease is up because it is expensive to live here..crime and noise here are ridiculous. Before you move here check the night scene out!!
This place is 50 feet away from restaurant that wears multiple hats. By day a family restaurant, evening a bar and night time until 2AM a nightclub! What a mess. Always loud music and loud people everywhere. Parking is tough if you work a normal day and come home at night. Apartments are nice looking but thin thin walls and windows.
The apartments are nice but thats where it stops. Constant noise from Chicken or the Egg! All day and night makes living here horrible! Maybe Building 1 is a better option to look at if you like the area but for the price, this place isnt worth it. I cant wait for my lease to be up. Parking is always an issue .
This place is so expensive! But don’t worry with all that money you pay.. you don’t get anything for it! No parking, no assigned spots, crime in the parking lot. You get more for your money elsewhere. My last complex was cheaper and had parking, safer parking lots. Should have stayed there. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.
