Ana and Blanca have been more than welcoming and helpful.. they patiently addressed my needs and questions. I visited a unit that I fell in love with, it’s spacious and quiet, I leased it on the spot. I also just met a couple of really nice neighbors- I’ve always loved this neighborhood - I’m hoping to stay here for a while.
I love staying staying here..great staff.great community.it’s quiet.nice neighbors.
Horrible staff and maintenance. Doesnt fix anything. Only temporary fixes sometimes. My A/C has broke 10 times in the past 5 months and they are refusing to permanently fix it.

Inwood place is a nice place to call a home. Have stayed here for almost 2 years and I never for a day had issues with roaches like everywhere apartment. The management make sure they address any maintenance issues asap and everything get fixed. It's a nice place to be.

My experience so far at Inwood Place has been nothing but wonderful! Staff has been nothing but wonderful from day one and makes every thing such a smooth process. The maintenance man here is so friendly and is always on top of things. The grounds are kept nice and there are great amenities ranging from pool, grill, washer and dryer and dishwasher. Overall great so far! Highly recommend!

There are many things about the apartment itself that arent great (excessively dirty on move in, no overhead lights, plumbing and appliance issues, numerous wasp nests outside the apartments) but all of the staff are super pleasant and friendly.

They are very nice people. The apartment is really nice they updated my stove/oven for free the rent was great for a two bedroom!! Grounds are well kept anything you need they help you! I wish the doors were solid it would be safer but I haven't had any problems. It's a great place to call home.
