Safe, secure, and beautiful apartment. The management and maintenance team are the very best. They are always professional, responsive, and caring. You could not ask for a better location as it is close to all that DC and Northern Virginia has to offer. The price is the only negative aspect as it is expensive.

Dejah was our agent and she was such a great help! She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the move in process. Wonderful place to live. Staff and neighbors are great and it is a very safe place.
Rent is really high but the place and area are nice.
The leasing service is great, very attentive and polite! 10/10 the building is really modern, spacious , however the infrastructure of the building does not have sound or echo cancellation and sounds can be heard at all times.
Maintenance service here is unbelievable and wonderful!
Io Piazza Maintenance Team is amazing. They are extremely hardworking, efficient, and always friendly (even to my dog)! Number 1 reason I’d recommend someone move to this building.

Io Piazza is a terrific place to live. The apartments are impeccable with modern finishes and an open concept design and the location, in the heart of Shirlington, is ideal. Had a great experience leasing and moving into the building as well thanks to the great folks working in the leasing office.
The management and maintenance team at IO Piazza is hands-down the best team I’ve ever had. I have rented from more than 10 places in my life, to include 4 other in the DMV, and they are the most kind, most professional, and most accommodating (by far) than any others.
IO Piazza is an amazing community in the heart of Shirlington Village which is bustling with great restaurants, bars, and public parks! The apartments are spacious, modern, beautifully designed, have excellent amenities. The management and maintenance staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is up to standard and the community members are sweet and respectful. This place is truly the best I've ever lived in!
Lovely building, staff and the tenants I've met are wonderful. I moved here partly because this is a, no smoking building, but unfortunately I have smelled intermittent cigarette smoke. Staff took my concerns very seriously and are taking steps to identify and mitigate the problem.
Great community, great management, and great apartments and great place to live.
We love living at Io. The open floor plan and natural light are wonderful. The office and maintenance staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Excellent maintenance personnel here at io piazza—- the best. Windsor is lucky to have both men.
