Iron Gate Apartments

Washer machines in laundry room is infested with roaches, walls are thin enough to have conversations with your neighbor, mail never gets put in the correct mailbox

they took over iron gate apartments and are the worst company i have ever had to deal with. I was on a month to month agreement with the previous management. They threatened me start a new lease, and i told them i would review it. After seeing how they manage, and treated me. i will not stay. now they are sending a bill for over double the month of august, and telling me they need a 30 day notice to vacate. Calling me a holdover tenant. Never do business with these shady people. I wish the old company never left.

I scheduled a tour with them today for 4pm. I knocked on the leasing office door for 10 mins and called. No one answered the door or phone. Completely wasted my time. Poor management. (Let people know when you cancel their appointments insteading of having them drive 30 mins for a no call no show!!!!!)

I have been almost living here for a year, Management switch in July and I paid my rent with the new management and they claim i never did. I called my bank payment went through, i sent them proof and statements and still claim i never paid. They have now sent me letters. i emailed gotten nothing back i have called and state they are busy in a meeting. Worst management and plus this place is filthy and dirty Dont recommend

I am retired and 65 and have been living here for approximately 13 years. Since the new management team has come in there have been some fantastic changes. The remodeled apartments look fantastic! The place looks great and always looks clean. In addition, the staff is very nice and cooperative. Keep up the good work. Anthony C

Just moved in last month and I’m enjoying my apartment. Any problems I ever had some one came asap , very nice community. I have a renovated apartment everything brand new and works perfect. Also I’m glad to see they’re updating the outside as well and even added a new park for kids -NC

I have been living here for three years now and I have seen a major transition. The new owners are renovating, updating all the apartments, and the office staff is great! It’s a nice little community to live in.

I’ve lived here since I was 5, I’ve moved out but my parents still reside here. They have moved units a few time but the one they’re at now is the worst one yet. They have a unit next to the dumpster and there’s a literal goat head next to there window on a utility box 3 feet from they’re ac unit. Terrible conditions. Not to mention prices are only getting higher ,mice and terrible plumbing.
