After touring this brand new building and many others in the area, I’m even more eager to call this one home! The amenities are seriously high-end, and the views from the rooftop are breathtaking. I love the Ironbound location—close to everything I need and yet offers an easy commute to Manhattan. The leasing ladies were incredibly welcoming during my visit, and you can tell they genuinely care about residents. This place just feels like a perfect balance of luxury and practicality. I toured Iron65 in the Ironbound section of NJ on the day of the launch event and I was blown away! The building is absolutely stunning, with luxurious finishes and spacious units that feel like they were designed with such attention to detail. The amenities are incredible, from the gym to the rooftop lounge, and there’s even a fantastic communal space for residents. What impressed me the most was the location— 2 min away from Newark Penn Station, close to restaurants and with an easy commute to NYC. I’m already picturing myself living here!
Iron 65 exceeded all my expectations. Ana and Eliane were fantastic, sharing every detail of the building and making the experience feel first-class. The recreation room down stairs Is deff a plus for me. Also finally a building with a cold plunge! To top it off, the rooftop lounging areas with views of NYC are spectacular. A must-see property! Definitely worth submitting an application can’t wait to hear back!
