I’m so happy to be here!! Tammy was simply amazing at helping me with this process! Tho I’ve moved many times it’s been almost a decade since my last move so that meant leaving my fabulous neighbors, my neighborhood, and going thru a process that has changed significantly since the last time I moved. Tammy made the whole process so smooth and I am so grateful for her!! Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful throughout this process. All of my belongings were moved from my previous address into my new home in less than three hours-AMAZING!!! And I LOVE my apartment!! If I could change anything I’d have a much quieter (lighter footed) upstairs neighbor and have the dog run much closer to my apartment-other than that I truly feel so blessed to be here in this community! I’ve seen Javelina every night and met several of my neighbors AND even watched some bunnies out my patio door the other morning! Truly loving this move! Just very happily signed my lease (2nd year) for enjoying this Beautiful Complex Community and all the Wonderful Amenities it has to offer! I recommend to Everyone that has an appreciation for Stress free Living. It's all here! ... Beautiful Renovations, Upgraded Amenities in a gorgeous, peaceful location, yet close to Everything you could possibly need. Wonderfully friendly Staff (Anna, Daysy, Jordan, Bryan), that work swiftly to handle/resolve any requests or issues and are always sincere in their efforts to make the entire complex a fun, safe, clean and comfortable place to call home... for All of it's residents!

You guys are awesome! Lived here 4 years now and have had no problems the staff is like family any problems we have ever had they have solved within 48hrs. I highly recommend that you give this property a look at if you are interested in moving into an apartment. It's warm and inviting. They have a lot of amenities for family and pets. The good: Maintenance responds fairly quickly, the pool area is kept well maintained, very pet friendly with a dog run and provides bags for cleanup, staff is very friendly. The bad: Nowhere for kids to play so they end up playing in the parking lots, walkways in buildings are real dirty (cigarette butts and trash) could really use a good pressure wash, apartment was not as clean as it should be when moved in, when lease is up expect rent to go up quite a bit.

We are under new management and we inspect each apartment making sure that they are very clean and detailed by housekeeping. My apartment complex is absolutely amazing I love living here they are great, always on top of things, office and business center and pool and gym are always clean everyone is so nice and treats you like family no matter how long you have lived there

a few miles north of the city gives Ironhorse a small town feeling. Low crime rates, kind people and just a 15 minute drive to get to anything you'd like that a big city has to offer. The property is very well kept and the staff is amazing. quickly responding to any concern you may have. Nice pool, grills, gym, DVD's you can check out for free, pet friendly and a monthly calendar full of things to do for all ages. Its a perfect place to live.

I love my apartment! The inside is modern. & fresh with new carpeting, hardwood floors, track lighting, vaulted ceilings, and a great layout. It appears brand new! The juvenile decisions of the management make living here a nightmare! When moving in I used their website to start services. The electric company took my letter of credit, said they were starting services and NEVER did. Instead of telling me, the management charged higher rates for over 2 months. Used the internet link, was sent a modem, the management insisted the apt jacks worked, & they started charging me for 4 months of internet service I NEVER received! Management knew I had 2 cars and AFTER I drove the 2nd car here, told me I had to move the 2nd car every 2 days! Instead of customer services they offer harrassment services! If the goal is to make sure that people leave when the lease expires, they are doing a great job! The pool, & mailbox key do not work without jiggling for 10 minutes. The trash guy wakes everyone up early on weekends. Kids take over the pool and hot tub. The 3rd floor stairs have a thin rail making it impossible to move furniture up here. Currently, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of repaving the parking spaces they are threatening tenants & will tow cars, when there are no spaces to park the cars on the property (in 110 degree heat to equal inhuman heat on tar services). Juvenile management do not offer customer services as advertised. They make you go to the office to pick up deliveries. Received my wilted flower delivery from juvenile thinking women.

This complex is kept very clean and the office staff are very friendly and honest. There's never really a huge noise problem and whenever you need maintenance done they're always very quick to respond. If there is ever a problem with the maintainance guys the office and managers take care of the issue right away. They really try to work with whatever your situation is. It's very close to a grocery store, some restaurants and shopping. The grounds and feel of the whole place feels very relaxing, almost spa like. They keep the pool updated and clean which to me is important with the hot months here. The only issue I would have is that this complex has had at least 3 different owners but has always been a very smooth transition. I've lived here for 7 years and am happy to call this place home :).

Like the title says I've been a resident for almost 5 years. In all this time this place has been great. It's affordable, quiet and low drama. There was a manager when I first moved in who sent me a notice for a bicycle being on my patio, but thats it. I've never needed any repairs to any of the appliances or ac. It truly has been a great apartment. I currently live in a one bedroom on the upper floor Facing west. I keep my place at 78 while at work and 70 when I'm home. It's an ice box but the electric bill never exceeds $95. There's a security patrol at night who you can call if you have problems. I called once just to have them check if my garage was shut. The kindly call me back a couple min later. I would recommend this to anyone looking to be a little out of town. There seems to be a older crowd of people living here. Or at least around me. Apartments up at the 101 and 17, cost more for less space. Also you deal with mmi students and whatnot. If you want chill low drama. Ironhorse is it.
