Moved in 2 weeks ago and I’ve had the perfect experience leasing the apartment, moving in, and I don’t have any complaints. The apartment unit was immaculate just like the demo apartment and it feels like a safe place at night. I love it here.

The application process was fairly simple and quick. Any immediate issues were addressed quickly once we moved in. The property is very well kept and people pick up after their animals! Work lounge is great for remote workers and there’s a nice selection of snacks.

As far as our satisfaction we are super satisfied with everything the staff has done. The people above us however, they have no respect and continue to stomp and jump like the floors are trampolines. From 9am til 1 am they are stomping on purpose for no reason.

Parking is very limited. Would be better if there was more parking available and not have to walk across the complex to get to your apartment after you park

We recently moved into Ironridge at Hill Country. Our experience here from beginning to present has been good. The office staff has been very helpful and responsive unlike other places we visited and applied to that didn't answer our calls or took forever to process our application. The unit was clean and in great condition when we moved in. Parking has not been an issue here and maintenance service is timely. It's really been a great experience here so far!

Community is a nice place with plenty of parking spaces but not enough structure in following guidelines when it comes to other renters and the maintence is always address promptly kudos for always taking care of issues immediately. The down fall I must say is the community should have security on premises at all times.

It's a great place to live in—a very quiet neighborhood. We just need more parking spots. The lawn is very well taken care of. The hallways are also very well-kept.

Its a great place to live, it’s a great and clean environment, we have activities we can do outside of our apartment and also a great neighborhood, my favorite thing is that heb is across the highway so we don’t have to go very far.

Nice amenities, great location, modern. Great monthly events like food trucks, giveaways, parties. Having a garage attached was very convenient.

Poor management. Grounds are only cleaned when I submit photos and place request to clean areas such as pet spa/bbq grills/. Most residents do not pick up after their pet .

Not happy. I felt very uncomfortable very claustrophobic. The space is very small and I have not even moved any furniture yet. I work remotely and the apartment has no office space . Regret signing the lease.

The whole leasing staff is phenomenal!!!!!!! Jessica was so helpful and extremely kind! Very knowledgeable and professional. Lindsay was very pleasant and attentive! Sarah was AMAZING!!!! She has impeccable customer service skills!! Overall the whole staff was excellent!!! We just moved in today and we are so happy with the entire property. Thank you for making me and my husband’s new chapter a success!

Very safe, maintenance keeps the property very nice and responds to maintenance requests very quickly so far. love the amenities and office staff, everyone seems nice.
