For an apartment complex the Ironwood team seem to try to do their best to accommodate the tenants. You need to remember it is am apartment though.
So far great. However I do see a need for more handicap parking. Our spots are always full. I seen a lady struggling to get to door the other day. I appreciate that you ask us for opinions. Staff is great and friendly.
So far so good. The level of customer service from the leasing office was superb. And they also provide a great deal os support. The state of the appartment was also in a very good condition. So far everything is thumps up. However, it took me a long time to figure where the wifi router is.
So far my experience is good, I feel welcome by the staffs and the service is top notch. I am actually feeling at home right now, and I am grateful for that.
Love living here. The walls are thin just like any other apartment but you will have luxury and space to more around. The amenities are good as well.

This is a very nice complex. The staff are personable and easy to work with. There is a very nice park right next door with a new pickle ball court. It's very quiet. I have never had issues with the Internet that is included in your rent.
We love living at Ironwood & have lived here for over six years. The Office Staff & Maintenance are so friendly & helpful. Any problems are fixed in a timely manner & we appreciate that so much. We would recommend Ironwood to any of our family & friends.

It's a good place to live, some small things here and there, but overall good. I've been here for almost 3 years and no regrets! Noise can be a small issue but not too much. The price has increased every year and based on the website the single bedroom apartment is not a great deal anymore compared to the 2 bed apartment, but that is the only hangup I can think of.
Friendly leasing agent. Clean facilities, maintenance staff is great when you have something needing fixed. Parking is spacious. Building is kept clean.
I loved loving at Ironwood, I would recommend anyone to live here. They are very quiet, clean and great office, and maintenance people when you need help with anything.

Absolutely amazing! Fast responses and very friendly staff! They have great amenities ! They have a pool, in unit washer and dryers, and a 24/7 gym. Over all a great place to live.
so far I love iron wood apartments had only one little complaint but it wasn’t a big deal and the staff took care of it right away! I had just moved in just a little over 3 weeks ago and I love it here so far a perfect apartment for me and my baby and bf!
Everyone I have met so far sounds very friendly, and where I live now feels very ‘homey’. No noise complaints since I have moved in and great community of people.
the clubhouse(leasing office) has tons of fun events for the residents, the maintenance is always fast acting, both the interior & exterior of buildings are well maintained as well as the playground & pool, the staff is very friendly, i have never had a problem receiving packages but there are also pickup options available which is neat to give people more peace of mind!
Still waiting to become a resident. No furniture yet. Waiting for all repairs also. Derek has been awesome. I can't wait to get in and meet new people. The gym looks nice.
Like the space. Sometimes noisy neighbors but overall I like the amenities offered. Maintenance comes quickly. Raising prices is common but I think they’re working on improvements.

Great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet .Lots of walking and bike trails. You are right next to a nice park with a new pickle ballcourt. Management listens to your complaints and tries to correct as soon as they can
We love living here & the Office staff are all very friendly & welcoming. The maintenance crew are all very nice too & get things fixed as soon as they can. I’ve had a couple of problems with the Fitness Center but feel very lucky to be able to have access to it since my heath issues require me to walk at least three or four times a week. The issues were resolved & that makes me very happy. It’s a great place to live & we still love it here after several years!
Spacious, clean, modern apartments with lots of natural light! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Management is easy to work with. Only complaint is that some of the hallways smell like smoke.
We have lived here for a few months and things have gone smoothly! People are very sweet and staff is excellent! I would recommend this place to a friend in a heartbeat. The neighborhood is safe and we love the closeness of grocery stores, food, gas, etc. My only suggestions would be for more cleanliness. The hallway floors/ elevators always have the odor of dog urine and there are stains everywhere which can be uninviting. I would also recommend camera usage near the mailboxes, due to residents stealing packages.
You can hear everything. You can even hear the neighbors flush their toilet and dropping things. Can even hear conversations. Besides that clean and safe neighborhood, friendly people
Very prompt service and maintainence repairs. Courteous staff! Don't like the lack of insurance surcharge. Garages are very nice with plenty of parking for residents and guests
We have been here four years and have appreciated the care taken to the property and the quick response to when we have an issue in our apartment or have questions. The communication has been tremendous! Great quality for great price.
I have absolutely loved my time living in Ironwood Apartments! I was the first tenant in my apartment, and everything from the wall color to the layout of the apartment was/is beautiful! I love having a balcony on which to sit and I also appreciate being able to have my cat live with me (although there is a $45/month fee). The pool and clubhouse are also great perks of living here. The pool is large and well-maintained! There is an espresso machine in the clubhouse and a fridge of sodas and water for the residents here. It's great!
I recently moved to Ironwood and I must say, it already feels like home. The biggest perk is having an elevator! The neighbors have been welcoming and the amenities are a plus!
I haven’t been around much yet, but I have been very pleased with the entire experience so far! When I was searching for an apartment, I didn’t really find anything quite like Ironwood for the price they’re asking. Definitely recommend so far.
The apartment has been absolutely amazing. maintenance has already been so fast and great about fixing things. the office is quick about responding and always super helpful and friendly!
I lived here when the was first building and moved back a few years later always felt like home to me, love the area for my kids with the quite neighborhood and convenience for everything innthe area

Luxury apartment in an up and coming area for a truly reasonable price. The leasing staff has been very accommodating including allowing us to pick up our fobs during their lunch break. it's been a good overall experience i love our neighbors and the community that we live in and the area is quite nice but for the price we are paying the actual apartment does not reflect the price everything was falling apart day one and ive had to have multiple things fixed..i had my dryer fixed and they said i would get it back come to find out when i was getting my microwave fixed that i won't be getting my old dryer back and had to have the one they gave me which isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things but it had been 3 months since i heard anything about it. i just don't feel like there is a lot of care and thinking put into choosing what appliances go into the apartment and how to keep them maintained it feels like they are only there for a check at the end of the month which is also fair i understand business but the people who live in these units have lifes i wish they would care more.

It’s been good. Parking sucks but the apartment is nice. They are clean, the staff was good to deal with. Made it easy to get in. The portal works good for paying and keeping up on things.
One of the original residents 7 years. They approved me when some others wouldn’t . Understanding managers. Great special events snow is always cleared and grass cut when it should be. Fast and thorough maintenance
Nice place to live. The apartment itself is nice. The hallways kind of smell but that is the only complaint. There seems to be dog poop and hair on the stairs for a few weeks which is contributing.
Biggest issue I have is the elevator going down a couple times, otherwise the neighbors are friendly and it is quiet. It is a very nice place to live.
Apartments are lovely and a lot of great amenities to use and have fun with as well as great neighbors. Lovely spots to walk and overall very clean area
I love my apartment. This is the largest 1 bedroom floor plan I have ever seen. The kitchen is huge. The pool and playground are great and make hanging out with my grandchildren extra fun.
Love it I feel very safe and I love the fact the my kids feels safe and secure. We love the environment. The pool is awesome the kids really enjoyed every minute.
Clean, staff is very responsive to questions and any concerns, and the community is relatively calm and quiet at night. Location is perfect around Altoona and the commute time is hardly a commute.

Having issues with new Staff members in the office calling back to do follow up calls when they say they will Noise above is still a major issue Expect us to call the police to file reports but as it is late in the night/early morning I don’t feel as to stay up waiting for police to arrive
