I have been here for over 5 years. For the most part the neighborhood as well as the complex has been a great place to live. I feel very safe. They are very nice spacious apts. The maintenance team gets back to you in a very timely manner.
I’ve had 2 experiences so far needing maintenance. It’s been a great experience both times. Arriving in a timely manner and pleasant with it. Never having to wait even 24 hrs before getting great service! Thank u!
Ironwood has been a great place for my wife and I to start our new marriage. We had a lot of concerns with living in an apartment, some of which can’t be avoided, but Ironwood has done a great job making our apartment feel like home. The property is beautiful, maintained well, and stuffed full of amenities for its residents. I’ve loved my time here.
We have enjoyed living here for 6 years. For apartment life it is generally quiet in our building. Many in our building have lived here for a while and we look out for each other. Maintenance is responsive. Sometimes we have food trucks. There is a monthly, Thank You Thursday, when you can stop in the office for a special treat. And fun contests to participate in.

I recently move to ironwood apartments and I'm loving every bit of it. The apartments are large and spacious for the comfort of you and your loved ones. Overall a great place to live, the office staff is friendly and super helpful. They answer any and all questions and/or concerns you may have in a timely and respectful manner. However, the person who runs the emergency maintenance line after hours, will deem almost everything as "not an emergency" to get out of doing work on weekends.
Maintenance is fast and efficient. Neighbors are great. The property also makes sure the ice melt is out and the parking lot is plowed when there is winter weather.
Everyone was supper friendly and helpful as we toured, completed the application and started the move in process. So far, we are very happy that we chose Ironwood as our new home!
We love living at Ironwood apartments! The amenities are amazing we love going to the pool in the summer and the gym is so nice! Our family has enjoyed living there so much!

For an apartment complex the Ironwood team seem to try to do their best to accommodate the tenants. You need to remember it is am apartment though.
So far great. However I do see a need for more handicap parking. Our spots are always full. I seen a lady struggling to get to door the other day. I appreciate that you ask us for opinions. Staff is great and friendly.
So far so good. The level of customer service from the leasing office was superb. And they also provide a great deal os support. The state of the appartment was also in a very good condition. So far everything is thumps up. However, it took me a long time to figure where the wifi router is.
So far my experience is good, I feel welcome by the staffs and the service is top notch. I am actually feeling at home right now, and I am grateful for that.
Love living here. The walls are thin just like any other apartment but you will have luxury and space to more around. The amenities are good as well.

This is a very nice complex. The staff are personable and easy to work with. There is a very nice park right next door with a new pickle ball court. It's very quiet. I have never had issues with the Internet that is included in your rent.
We love living at Ironwood & have lived here for over six years. The Office Staff & Maintenance are so friendly & helpful. Any problems are fixed in a timely manner & we appreciate that so much. We would recommend Ironwood to any of our family & friends.

It's a good place to live, some small things here and there, but overall good. I've been here for almost 3 years and no regrets! Noise can be a small issue but not too much. The price has increased every year and based on the website the single bedroom apartment is not a great deal anymore compared to the 2 bed apartment, but that is the only hangup I can think of.
Friendly leasing agent. Clean facilities, maintenance staff is great when you have something needing fixed. Parking is spacious. Building is kept clean.

Absolutely amazing! Fast responses and very friendly staff! They have great amenities ! They have a pool, in unit washer and dryers, and a 24/7 gym. Over all a great place to live.
so far I love iron wood apartments had only one little complaint but it wasn’t a big deal and the staff took care of it right away! I had just moved in just a little over 3 weeks ago and I love it here so far a perfect apartment for me and my baby and bf!
Everyone I have met so far sounds very friendly, and where I live now feels very ‘homey’. No noise complaints since I have moved in and great community of people.
the clubhouse(leasing office) has tons of fun events for the residents, the maintenance is always fast acting, both the interior & exterior of buildings are well maintained as well as the playground & pool, the staff is very friendly, i have never had a problem receiving packages but there are also pickup options available which is neat to give people more peace of mind!
Still waiting to become a resident. No furniture yet. Waiting for all repairs also. Derek has been awesome. I can't wait to get in and meet new people. The gym looks nice.
Like the space. Sometimes noisy neighbors but overall I like the amenities offered. Maintenance comes quickly. Raising prices is common but I think they’re working on improvements.

Great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet .Lots of walking and bike trails. You are right next to a nice park with a new pickle ballcourt. Management listens to your complaints and tries to correct as soon as they can
We love living here & the Office staff are all very friendly & welcoming. The maintenance crew are all very nice too & get things fixed as soon as they can. I’ve had a couple of problems with the Fitness Center but feel very lucky to be able to have access to it since my heath issues require me to walk at least three or four times a week. The issues were resolved & that makes me very happy. It’s a great place to live & we still love it here after several years!
Spacious, clean, modern apartments with lots of natural light! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Management is easy to work with. Only complaint is that some of the hallways smell like smoke.
We have lived here for a few months and things have gone smoothly! People are very sweet and staff is excellent! I would recommend this place to a friend in a heartbeat. The neighborhood is safe and we love the closeness of grocery stores, food, gas, etc. My only suggestions would be for more cleanliness. The hallway floors/ elevators always have the odor of dog urine and there are stains everywhere which can be uninviting. I would also recommend camera usage near the mailboxes, due to residents stealing packages.
You can hear everything. You can even hear the neighbors flush their toilet and dropping things. Can even hear conversations. Besides that clean and safe neighborhood, friendly people
Very prompt service and maintainence repairs. Courteous staff! Don't like the lack of insurance surcharge. Garages are very nice with plenty of parking for residents and guests
We have been here four years and have appreciated the care taken to the property and the quick response to when we have an issue in our apartment or have questions. The communication has been tremendous! Great quality for great price.
I have absolutely loved my time living in Ironwood Apartments! I was the first tenant in my apartment, and everything from the wall color to the layout of the apartment was/is beautiful! I love having a balcony on which to sit and I also appreciate being able to have my cat live with me (although there is a $45/month fee). The pool and clubhouse are also great perks of living here. The pool is large and well-maintained! There is an espresso machine in the clubhouse and a fridge of sodas and water for the residents here. It's great!
I recently moved to Ironwood and I must say, it already feels like home. The biggest perk is having an elevator! The neighbors have been welcoming and the amenities are a plus!
I haven’t been around much yet, but I have been very pleased with the entire experience so far! When I was searching for an apartment, I didn’t really find anything quite like Ironwood for the price they’re asking. Definitely recommend so far.
The apartment has been absolutely amazing. maintenance has already been so fast and great about fixing things. the office is quick about responding and always super helpful and friendly!
I lived here when the was first building and moved back a few years later always felt like home to me, love the area for my kids with the quite neighborhood and convenience for everything innthe area
