Property Ratings at Ironwood Crossing
Ever since they were bought by this new company they've let the maintenance staff do nothing all day. We've put in request after request, and not a single thing has been fixed. We have a toilet that won't flush, exposed outlets, faucet that turns on randomly, and now our A/C is busted. They refuse to fix any of it, and have marked every request as completed in the system. Don't rent here.

We are sorry for your experience and urge you to contact the leasing office directly so that we can fix these issues for you. Thank you
Roach Infested Don’t Move HERE!! They will ask you to find a new place to live instead of taking care of the issue because they would rather have someone living there that will not complain about a German Roach Infestation, and it’s BAD!
Ironwood crossing is a terrible, unprofessional, and mismanaged property. The property management has changed several times in the two years that I lived there. They never answer when you call and when they do answer it take multiple attempts for them to get the maintenance men to do anything. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. If I could give it negative stars I would.
This place makes you sign a contract with the number of people who will live in the apartment and here there are neighbors who have more people in their apartments than normal. They even smoke marijuana and here they do nothing with those people
I would suppose you get what you pay for. The office is way strict and they find every way to pick your pockets. I just recently left this place and I’m very upset. I was ready to leave! Lights out at 10pm but they’re are constantly people outside making ruckus, and all kinds of people wandering back and forth. They changed management while we were there and had constant walk throughs. After I left, my husband and I made sure we cleaned that place from top to bottom. We left absolutely nothing behind, scribed the tubs, counters, cleaned the floors. Typical cleaning. They for whatever reason have charged us $100 for a full cleaning of the place, $50 for gate cards we didn’t turn in, which we never used once. Those gates haven’t closed once since we’ve been here so asking us to be responsible for something like that is pathetic I think. $70 for balcony blinds in which the rod was broken & had been broken since we moved in. Safe to say we didn’t get our deposit back and I don’t know why, funny I figured we wouldn’t. Maintenance is friendly when they come in to work on your place , that’s if they ever get to your work order. The office is terrible about responding to emails although they tell me I can always email them.
I have lived here for 6 going on 7 years. These are nice family oriented homes, do not look like traditional apts. They are pet friendly. Income based and a few section 8, but you would never know it by looking.
For a decent price you get a lot of roomroom. The area is great but the complex is straight ghetto..
