Property Ratings at Iroquois Club
Sadly I applied to this complex due to the overall look. I paid the fees of $395 only for the listing to be removed and I never received my $395 back after the apartment complex removed the apartment I applied for. I have been trying for over 3 days to get a refund as I went with another apartment but this complex refuses to respond to my emails and phone calls. I expected better due to the high ratings. Im very disappointed. Update: It has been three weeks and still no refund or contact from the facility regarding an ETA. I've never seen an apartment complex so eager to accept suits over $395.

Hello Monique, We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your refund. We have learned that our accounting department due to a staffing issue fell gravely behind and is working diligently to catch up. The staffing issue is being resolved but has caused the wait period to extend beyond the typical 7-14 business days. We understand this is a huge inconvenience and deeply apologize. We have every intention of processing your refund and will do so as quickly as we can, we appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
Lived here for one year and we are ready to move out, the office staff is completely rude and unethical. The apartments are way to expensive for the amenities in the apartments, the fridge is old and broken, the air conditioning is old and doesn’t work!! Very upset when you don’t get what you pay for!!
I was shown the upgraded apartment but the one I saw was a studio. There was a one (1) bedroom that had just become available BUT needed sprucing up. I waited & waited for some kind of word it was ready. All the while the calls for are you signing lease which I hadn't but needed to move. Well signed lease & came to pick up keys. Felt such relief until I turned said keys into the lock ?? ????. The appliances looked like they were from 1992 and cabinets were beige? WTW!!! I broke lease this is despicable!!! The promised washer/dryer being delivered?! But no compensation just this is what we went over. I've seen better in city of Chicago. They just want to get you in & you're trapped. Looking to rent here make sure you see "your" unit before signing off don't let that $300 gift card fool you.??

Fine place to stay while my daughter in school. Washington Jr High and Naperville North H.S. have been great education in the state of Illinois
Excellent place to live! I've lived here for three years and enjoy the serene living. Love LOVE lOVe the amenities as well! Pool/sauna/tennis court/gym---why wouldn't I! You can easily and seamlessly control access to common areas such as pools, workout rooms, package/mail room, etc. Keyless entry with guest intercom system, beautiful lobby with fireplace and seating area, year-round access to indoor/outdoor pool and sauna, modernized elevators, quiet and friendly neighbors, indoor heated parking, you name it! Minutes away from downtown Naperville, and convenient access to I-88 and Metra.
Living at Iroquois Club provides some resort style amenities with a location convenient to the interstate and the downtown area. The common areas are well maintained and include an indoor pool, patio with grills, new fitness room, comfortable lounge near the lobby, party room, and tennis courts. My apartment unit been updated nicely (though not without a few quirky mistakes). The building is very quiet. I never hear my neighbors. The garage parking is a huge plus. It would be nice to have wifi access in the lobby and patio area. I would also suggest adding a continental breakfast. Overall, it's quiet, comfortable, attractive building, good location, and nice amenities.
I have lived here for 4 yrs now and have enjoyed everything they offer . I am just a bit disappointed because now they are turning into condo's and I do not have the funds to live here so I must move on. I never had to put a deposit down for my dog or did I have to pay rent for my pet. They were so considerate for helping me out that I felt safe and comfortable living here and now I must move on to another place as I am now a senior and looking for section 8 to afford my living quarters. Thank you for all you have done and now I feel I owe you the compliment of having me here as your tenant.
From great neighbors to a friendly staff and well kept grounds to the peace and quiet I really love The Iroquois Club. Clean, well kept common areas, a swimming pool and nice gym the place is just a joy to come home to. In my 5th year here and I'm looking forward to staying another five years.
I was a little skeptical after reading a couple of the reviews. Took a chance, made appointment, saw the apartment and the grounds. Although the apartment is outdated, the building is clean and well maintained. Love the 24 hour pool and the state of the art gym. I'm glad I moved here, and thus far my experience does not reflect what I've read in some of the comments.
