But while this is the largest park in the area, it isn't the only one. North Central Omaha features Maple Village Park, the Warren Swigart Golf Course, Esther Pilster Park, and several more.

I've lived here six years and for the most part its been great. I was a home owner for twenty years so getting used to apartment living has been different. The maintenance guys are friendly and usually get what's needed, done within a couple hours of calling. There has been some office personnel changes over the years, but I haven't had a problem with anyone. I like the neighborhood, some of the neighbors could be quieter. Overall it's a good place to live.
