The property is just 15 miles from Manhattan, and twice weekly the resident service coordinator organizes trips into town for residence to get things they need, or just to get out and go on a shopping excursion. Infested

This apt. bldg is infested with rodents, MICE! This is supposed to be a newly renovated building; and yes it looks good on the outside and inside, but trust me looks are deceiving. If you decide to rent here come with Decon, traps, and possibly a cat. During your walkthrough get on your hands and knees. Check the perimeter around the heating unit and the lower kitchen cabinets. Also, pull out the stove and refrigerator. Please don't be lead astray or bamboozled. It was the worse mistake I made for my loved one. I wish that I was allowed to add photos. You'd be sickened and horrified.
