I stopped in to check out Isabella for a possible relocation to Colorado & was very impressed with the high level of customer service & professionalism I received from Renee & Lane in the leasing office. The community is beautiful with various walkways throughout & the year round pool and hot tub are pretty neat as well. I loved how close the fabulous restaurants are!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful location & beautiful townhomes with attached garages.
We have lived here for 2 years as Alara and as Isabella. It was horrible as Alara and has only gotten worse with the new management. Across the street is The Tavern, a bar, which has resulted in lost sleep because of the horrible noise and terror with the 2 shootings (yes, we are worried about Gang violence in Greenwood Village) which took place a year ago at that property. The new Isabella management is even worse than the first. We have had to wait about almost a month to get any kind of service needed at the apartment. If you have a leaking faucet, good luck! We also never get notifications if we get packages. Even more appalling, we set up automatic bill pay -- the first month it never pulled. I went down with a check to pay (I didn't want a late payment) and they cashed that. The second month, I was worried that the automatic bill payment wouldn't work and I was on my honeymoon, out of the country. I went to the office a week before and gave them another check in case it didn't work. The lady promised me it would not be cashed if the automatic payment didn't go through and that she would shred the check if needed. Dec 1 comes along and they charged me 2x the rent automatically (over $4200) because of the automatic bill pay --- charged twice because they never counted my first check. Then, I see that they charged me over $2000 in the check i left for them before the honeymoon. A total of $4400 more then our monthly rent-- the one I had given to them only IF December's rent didn't go through. It ruined our honeymoon. Very unprofessional staff. Called and they were annoyed with us, like we requested a triple payment, then hung up on us when we asked for a refund. They are now refusing a refund!! They owe me over $4000. Absurd Poor service. Expensive, for no value. We cannot wait to move out of this horrible complex. Do not move here if you can help it.
I really wanted to thank you for Isabella office staff's kind help and quick responds for all issue, all the time. I lived this apartment many years and Isabella management is the best!!!! The staff (leasing and maintenance) are all very friendly, experienced and eager to help for the betterment of the community and residence experience. Any maintenance issues were resolved the same day.All Office staffs are smile all the time. :) They were doing their best to help with any issues I had.Even I didn't speak good English. Office staff and maintenance are Kind and professional. I just moved out this apartment due my work at GA and my moving out experience was really warming ,easy and Great. Isabella management is trustworthy and dependable. The property is always clean. The apartment are very spacious,high cilling and safe. Great maintenance Specialists and Excellent Office staffs are available at Isabella home apartment. !!! :) quite peaceful neighborhood and near all market places. beautiful renovated units. Big windows and big tubs at the bathroom. luxury fire place for winter. I really Thanks to all staffs who made my living at Isabella apartment as Great and Comfortable.Miss your kindness and care already !! :) If you want friendly people who handle your living, Isabella apartment is the place to be!
New management is terrible. They do not take care of property, loose rent payments. The place was nice when it was Alara. No package service.
Just not a 5 star place like you pay for, too many things too mention about the place but not worth the price you pay every month. Finally gave up on the place a few months ago. We were thinking a few months ago to sign up for another year but would rather not. If you are looking for a long term rental, you won't be happy here.

Kevin has turned the entire maintenance team around for the better! He is an extremely hard worker and is always available to help. I've lived here for the past two years, during that time the maintenance men were horrible. The past month, Kevin has tremendously improved the services provided by the maintenance team. Alara is extremely lucky to have Kevin on their team.

I moved into my apartment a month ago and have been having allerygy/sinus problems since. Could not figure out why until I did some investigating today and found the furnace filter is caked with dirt and the bathroom fan cover had been painted locking in old dirt. Plus, its evident that the fan has not been cleaned in a very long time as well. I began my lease in the beginning of December on a unit I did not see. I wanted to secure a good rent price and was relocating from Atlanta. When I arrived; approximately 3 weeks after signing an paying rent in a unit I was not living in; I was saddened that the place was not ready. The laminate kitchen counter top was lifted and curling back, broken off pieces - just bad shape. They tried to glue the counter top back down a coupe of hours before my arrival. They had 3 weeks /- to make sure the apartment was ready. A laminate counter-top is not expensive - looked like they had tried to fix it numerous times. I was pleased that the staff worked with me to get into another unit that was ready or so I thought. The dryer was not working properly and I asked for a new one. It took numerous complaints to get that taken care of. Unfortunately, it took the loss of 2 shirts that were ruined before they would believe me. Today, I send the assisant manager, Adyl, an email wth the photos of a furnace filter caked with dirt, the bathroom fan filthy and the cover that was painted over locking in all of the dirt. Not even an apology or I will get maintanence there ASAP - Just, "I will put in a work order". When is the last time any of the staff have walked or checked on any of the uits prior to a new tenant moving in? Is this not a part of anyone's job? Is there not a check list to insure a smooth and clean move in? Do they not want happy tenants? In addition, the shower curtain rod had fallen. It took 3 days a phone call to get it re-hung. I live in a 1 bathroom apartment.

Also, if you ever experience any kind of discomfort in your home, whether it's noise or allergies, we would request that you come report these issues to us in the front office as soon as possible. We strive to provide our residents with a wonderful place to call home, and these kind of discomforts should not have to be tolerated. We sincerely apologize if you've ever felt like you've had to deal with unresponsive staff. It is our standard to provide our residents with a passionate, hardworking office staff, and hope that you'll give us another chance to prove ourselves true of that. If you have any other questions or concerns, we would love to speak to you about those in the front office.
To start, I highly recommend dealing with them over email whenever possible to maintain a record of the conversations. If you go to the office to discuss things or call they will promise you things that will not happen. While they won’t reply to your emails either, you will at least have documentation in case it is needed at a later date. I lived there for 2 years. The apartment itself had a very functional layout and the location across from restaurants is great, but the interaction with the office staff was horrendous. While they are nice people that always have a smile on their face, they do not get things done and never took responsibility. A few quick examples are never following up with you when you have issues, consistently under staffed so you were waiting a long time to speak to someone and maintenance by the lowest builder that was cheap and caused future issues. There was changes in management in my time there, but I had issues the entire time I was there with many more examples that go well over the character limit of this page.

We've lived at Alara Greenwood Village for nearly 2 years now and we are certainly happy to call this place home. First, to address the immediate concerns of future tenants--In the 2 years we've been here, there indeed has been some turnover of management...yes, in the past, there were delays with a few maintenance tickets...yes, the fitness center suffered flood due to a burst pipe and required a complete rebuild. The current management team that has come on board has gotten a lot done in the time they've been here. The fitness center has been completed and is better than before. The pool has been completely redone and looks like new. Maintenence tickets are handled quickly, as well as basic facilities needs around the complex. The management staff are all very friendly, approachable and quick to respond. Now, realize that the management team is only one element of an apartment/townhome complex. The units themselves are well kept and well built, with spacious floorplans and attached garages (which is a very nice ammenity!). The noise transfer in our unit is very minimal, the construction appears to be very solid. The grounds are very well kept with manicured landscaping throughout. There's a gulch that cuts through the middle of the complex, so there's great views of tall mature trees, grasses and cattails, depending on where your unit may be. The community has remained quiet with no loud children or loud late-night music to disturb this peaceful community. It's a tough job to take over a complex that's been neglected and make positive changes as quickly as they have. I applaud the new management staff for working so hard in catching up the community on its needs while maintaining friendly attitudes. We are a rather low-mainentance couple, so it all depends on one's needs and preferences. However, we have been very pleased and content with our home here.
We moved to Alara a few months ago after selling our condo we lived in for 10 years. We are so glad that we chose Alara, it is such a wonderful place to live, it is just a half mile to the grocery store and all the eating places here are so near. The freeway is just a few miles and there are walking trails all over the area. I also want to give a shout out to the staff at Alara, they are very friendly and always greet me when I come into the clubhouse. If you are looking for a nice place to live, you should move here, it is a great place to call home.
I've never lived in an apartment with such issues and management with no interest in fixing those issues or trying to help. Their "not my problem" attitude is disgusting. Amenities are not the reason to live here because the gym has been closed for months. I'd pay double to live somewhere else and actually get good customer service.
If you want a ballin place to live, Alara Greenwood Village is it. While the apartments cost quite a bit of cash money, you definitely get what you pay for. Garages in every unit, a year round pool, and a sick fitness center. Plus, it's right across from the tavern in DTC so it's always a good time. The maintenance is a little slow but it's a great place to live. The people here are awesome.

Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.
