Number one complaint from two different units I lived on were the pest. German roaches everywhere. Food had to be stored in the fridge at all times, even dry goods. It’s not a child friendly community and watch out where you step. Dog poop everywhere.
Nice place on the southside of Corpus Christi, the staff was very friendly and always answered my questions in a timely manner. Great size and pricing on apartment.

I enjoyed my stay at island villa, the staff here is amazing we did have a issue with a roach infestation in a couple buildings but it was quickly solved when new management came in and since then it’s been a wonderful stay.

Move is was a breeze. The office personnel made it extremely easy, everything was online or over the phone due to my busy work schedule. The community has been great as well no complaints on my end. Only bad thing I would say is the roaches in my kitchen. Not terrible but you see them every now and then.

Overall my stay here has been livable. My family and I have been here 2yrs now the amenities could be better, but they do the job. In my opinion, it's a little expensive. to live here for the quality of the apartments. Seems a little outdated.
Finding this apartment complex was a huge blessing. Heather made everything a breeze for move in. Management is very proactive with any issues that there may be in the complex. When I have had to call maintenance, they are very responsive and help to get any issue taken care of as soon as possible. We are enjoying living here.

Nice apartment complex when you need maintenance there here right away everyone is friendly. The only bad things is to much chlorine in swimming pool and noisy people upstairs

So far, our experience here has been good. Office staff has been helpful and attentive. Our apartment was clean and well outfitted. My only complaint is there there is a lot of noise bleed through from the apartment behind us. It is usually not late into the night but we can hear conversations from the second bedroom and the master bathroom.

We have had nothing but problems since moving in. We moved into a roach infested apartment. Our light bill was $400 for the first few months without us running the AC, obviously indicating a problem. It was brushed off for so long. The pool is always green and dirty. The staircase’s railing is failing and rotting away. Ally trash service employees are so lazy and not worth the money I’m paying in fees. Don’t get me started on the mold issue that went unresolved after 4 months. I complained several times. On that note, if you’re having a problem, you’re better off resolving it yourself. There is so much theft in the apartments. Management refuses to put up cameras around the complex but was more than willing to put one up at the dog park to see who wasn’t cleaning up their dog’s waste. I will say front office staff is nice, especially Heather. Don’t waste your money moving into this complex.

I love it here. But for it being a gated community, the walk in gates are always left wide open. And we have had people pulling on door handles to the point to one of my door handles popped off.

The area is great, the people are nice, and maintenance gets things done fast. However, recently, the pest control email dates have been incorrect. They stated that you can request pest control whenever, so I guess that's a solution. But overall, it's a pretty good place to stay.

Great staff they are very helpful and sweet! It’s just a poor area and residents are also not great. Smell of weed, loud neighbors, blasting music late at night, and other issues.

I enjoyed living here. Maintenance is responsive and helpful. The grounds are very clean and they have a nice pool. I liked having a washer/dryer in my unit and a balcony.

The staff was great. Great staff. The Maintenance always on point. Everyone was always helpful with great attitudes. My upstairs neighbors were very loud but other than that I really liked living there

We are a family of 4 and so far so good. It’s mostly quiet and the people around us are friendly . As far as the units themselves I wish the shelves in the laundry room weren’t so darn high lol. There could be a bit more storage space, we usually have our mop and brooms out cause there isn’t a closet or anything to store anything. I love the kitchen. It’s a really decent size for a 2bd and it’s actually pretty fancy smancy compared to some other that are just plain grey paint or black. I’m pleased that they didn’t paint the walls white and went with a pretty light grey. That makes it so much easier to work with when it come to decorating and making your home look cute. My favorite part of it all is my Master Tub, it’s gonna be wanna one the reasons I’m gonna be sad to leave. The rooms are a great size, We have our two boys share and there’s enough room for toys to play comfortably. Overall we love our apartment and it’s a great first family apartment.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any issue and they know what they're doing. I feel safe enough to walk around the complex by myself. Great place for my dog to be with me, even though the dog park is kind of small but there is a nature walk just down the road
