If you can help it, do not move into this complex. I lived here with my fiancé from August 2017 to September 2018, and we are so happy to be out of there. You should avoid this place too. Here’s why: ___________________________________________________________________ — Office — The office staff is incredibly incompetent. Good luck ever getting them to answer the phone in the office, and if you leave a voicemail, don’t hold your breath for a response. I never ONCE had someone pick up the phone. Emails are marginally better in terms of hearing back, but even then, it’s not likely. The only way you can get anything done is showing up at the office in person, and that’s if they are even in the office when they say they will be. Their lunch breaks seem to last for several hours, and leaving early is also a frequent occurrence. (Also, it took us almost two and half months to get our deposit refund. I you are unfortunate enough to ever live here, stay on them about this, or else yours may mysteriously disappear too.) They seem to have a high turnaround rate in the office - staff left and were replaced every three months or so. Interesting. — The Apartment — Tiles were cracked in the kitchen when we moved in. The walls are paper thin. Have upstairs neighbors? Good luck ever sleeping. But the biggest issue is the bugs! The week we moved in, there were dozens of roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. We complained and the exterminator came. Their treatments do NOTHING. The bugs were still everywhere until my fiancé and I used store-bought solutions like Borax, which we paid for ourselves. So, if you’re ok with paying out of your own pocket for a service that is supposed to be taken care of with rent, go on ahead. Smoking is a HUGE issue as well - despite constant complaints, the office does nothing, and the hallways alway smell like cigarette smoke, which seeps into the apartment. — The Neighborhood — This is not the good side of Orlando. I wish I had known this before moving in, but we came here sight unseen. You have to be especially careful when driving, because people in this neighborhood do not know how to drive. You see busted cars all over the place, and have to be on alert at all times when driving so that yours doesn’t become one too. I would NEVER go out for a walk at night. Packages were stolen off of our doorstep. This neighborhood, though just 5 minutes from Millenia, is the exact opposite of it - dirty, disheveled, and unsafe.
The application process was smooth. Very friendly office staff, and very accommodating to my needs. The area of town is not so great, but the community is an upgrade for its whereabouts. Perfect first start, fresh starter, or relocating option. Hope my year at this property is as good as my initial perspective.

Recently acquired new management. The girls that's were first there were very friendly and welcoming to the residents that were already there. Easy to communicate with and talk to. However now the new manner that's there, not sure what his name is. Let's just call him Mr. Non Compassion, he had no phone etiquette skills. Talks to residents on the phone as though we are beneith him. As a resident always on time with rent, he didn't have the courtesy to apologize for any inconvenience not do they return phone calls. I'm sad to go cause I've been there over 2yrs and it is quiet, maintenance workers are awesome and over all its a very nice environment to be in but the company really has to reevaluate their office employees and keep the good ones. Not bring in Mr. Goody-to-shoes.

I am not sure how your impression of anyone on our staff is so negative but we would gladly want the opportunity to discuss any issue you have and make it right for you. We care about all of our Residents needs and try really hard to make sure everyone is happy with our community and their apartment. If there was a misunderstanding or issue that is unresolved we would definitely want the opportunity to correct it.
This place is really nice and very quiet and it's very clean from there pool area to the fitness center. The staff there is great and friendly and always ready to help out when needed . The location is in the middle of anything you need,from the two malls and a Walmart,even Universal Orlando. It also has the bus routes going to Downtown Orlando or even Disney. It has been recently been sold and the new management is doing improvements, hopefully it will change for the better, when I came to Orlando we rented the apartment in the internet and had no knowledge of the area, needles to say we were stuck Hoping to move soon, better yet as soon as I win YEAAAAAA
I love living here at the Park at Savion. The Property manager is very nice. The staff are friendly. I feel that this community is safe. I was raised in low income housing and never had a nice place to live. Now I am not ashamed to have friends over. It's nice to have a good place to live. Now I am not judged by where I live. I am judged by my charter as an individual. I have always been a good person but, when a person found out about where I lived they judged me by where I lived. Good people live in low income housing. When I got older I realized it not about where you live. It's about you as a person.
Recently bought by a new company. New office staff is super nice and always helpful. Just renovated most apartments and club house to look like new. Super quiet area, never had any issues.
Good attention to landscaping, good expedition and completion of maintenance orders, friendly professional staff.
this complex has not security so u better get your own security system we have been bloke in to two times. management is slow on getting repairs made to your apartment . so if your loooking for a safe place for yoou and you kids look somewhere else ifyour looking for cheap place to live this is the place
