I love it here. It's been my home for over 8 years and I'm staying. It's easy to live here. Things are fixed when they need to be and the office staff is super nice!!!!

I have lived all over the United States, and I have never LOVED anywhere I have lived, until now. I just renewed my lease. I have never renewed a lease before. Its that amazing to love here. I wish i were a bit cheaper due to the fact the apts are small w/o any closet space for storage. Other than that, this place is perfect.

Affordable living, with great amenities. Staff needs to be more attentive to resident concerns and communicate repairs and inconveniences much better. We shouldnt have to live in limbo while a project is being completed.

Let me first off say how friendly the office staff and maintenance crew are. I have been here about 6 years now and this is by far the nicest group of both office & maintenance staff they have ever had! The ladies in the front office are always so cheerful and nice. The maintenance guys are trustworthy and always willing to fix the problem. My favorite thing about living here is the ease of knowing my problems will be resolved in a timely manner. The amenities are definitely above average. The pool area has a resort like feel and is always very clean and up kept. The gym is small but gets the job done and it’s open 24/7. The dog park is by far the biggest in the area and it’s the main reason I continue to resign my lease. I have two large dogs who look forward to running at the park off leash every day. It makes having a busy work schedule better because I know I can walk there and let them play after work. The volley ball court has sand and makes for a fun day with friends. There are also several grills on site that are very useful for special events like birthday parties or having family in town and wanting to grill out with little hassle. I recommend the Isles of Gateway to anyone looking for a fun, clean, safe place to call home.

Upon inspecting the apartment before move-in I noticed considerable water damage on the ceiling and one wall in the living room and on the ceiling in the bedroom. Most of the lights in the apartment were not working. I was told this would all be fixed prior to move-in. I moved in on a Friday and nothing had been fixed. Upon move-in I also noticed there were ants coming from a hole in the bathroom floor and about a hundred dead bees in the apartment (as seen pictured in trash can). The ice machine and bedroom blinds were also both nonfunctional. The Monday after I moved in it stormed and water came into the apartment through a hole in the ceiling and out from one light socket. I called emergency maintenance since it was after 6. He let me know he could not do anything about it and would need to call a roofer the next day. I asked about the lights in my apartment and he said they were likely out due to electrical damage from water being in the walls. No maintenance requests had been tended to at this point. I had to hire a lawyer and copy that lawyer on an email in order for management to respond to me about any of the above. The roofing company and apartment maintenance man came to my apartment on Thursday to fix the roof. No one notified me that anyone would be coming in my apartment that day. My dog was let out of the apartment by maintenance at 10am and I did not receive a call about the issue from management until 4:50pm, meanwhile my dog was still missing. The set of master keys were left in my door overnight after a maintenance man came to fix an issue another time (see attached). During my time living there, there were multiple issues with large beehives in the hallways and old toilets were left outside by maintenance where they sat for weeks. This is definitely not a luxury apartment.

I love living here. It truly is my home and I plan to continue living until I can afford to buy my own house. Staff is great, and amenities are nice. The dog park is the best thing about this community and would be an amazing place to move if you are looking for a large area for your friendly dog to run off leash.

I enjoy that the community is quiet and consists mostly of people who have professional employment around Saint Petersburg.
Staff was extremely knowledgeable and respectful, but spread very thin so it's hard to get a hold of people to speak with in the front office. Other than that we were extremely happy with our apartment

One time my 12 year old and I were locked out of my apt,and called maintenance dept to come unlock door,he was so rude and put out about it and said that it was not an emergency he would not unlock door for us and for us to call a lock smith. Not a very friendly place to live.
A older complex with many structural issues that makes your living experience a year of repair after repair. It's like living in a construction zone.
Getting out of the military was a little scary. But finding a nice, clean and safe apartment home to bring a newborn baby to is scarier. Sienna Bay Apartment Homes was very clean, reasonable prices and beautiful selections that I could pick from. It's within walking distance of all of your family and entertainment needs.
Isles of Gateway is definitely where you want to live if you are used to a sophisticated lifestyle. Having relocated from a 4-bedroom/2-bathroom home in the Midwest, I was not excited about moving into an apartment complex again but luckily, I found Isles of Gateway. The grounds are reminiscent of a resort/suburban neighborhood with a very secure gated entry. My apartment is a 2-bedroom/1-bath. The layout is much more like a shrunken mid-size house than the "box" of a normal apartment. The walls are painted a soft "butter yellow", entry to the second bedroom (more like an office/den) is on a diagonal (with double-door entry) as well as the kitchen layout. In the master bedroom, there is a floor-to-ceiling window that sits in an "alcove"...makes the bedroom feel like two separate areas. Amenities are great: fireplace, breakfast bar & full dining room, stainless steel appliances (microwave & fridge were new upon move-in, dishwasher and stove were like-new, or new), granite-like counters, walk-in multi-level closet in master bedroom, over-sized shower/tub combo, washer & dryer, by-door trash pick-up. The only "cons": lack of storage (have to store items in a monthly storage rental as my apt. doesn't come with it's own storage unit), pricey because I live "lake side" and have a cat ($150/mo. more than highest listed price for 2-bed), additional $20/mo. for water (so it's not included). Personally, the comfort of the apartment, the location (15 minutes from Tampa airport/15 minutes downtown St. Pete), and the environment is worth the difference in price--especially compared to many surrounding apartments. If you can't get into Isles of Gateway, try Ibis.

No microwave, no ceiling fan in bedroom. Luxury! What a joke. Dirty painted over window sills, dirty tracks in sliding glass door. Kitchen counters sprayed, but old sink was never removed and overspray in on the sink. New cabinets ~ ha! New Doors, old frames painted very poorly. Dirty, old sink and tub faucets. Can't get out soon enough!!!
We have lived at Isles of Gateway for over a year, the facilities are top notch and the Staff are always available to answer any calls that you make to them. the apartments are just big enough for a single person or a couple without children. the pet areas are great for the dogs also.
