Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

Property Ratings at The Alora I
when I moved her I sign a lease and you had to list your cars that are going to be on the property and instead of the manager that if they where doing the job that they advertised. instead of going to their computer to see who owns it. THEY JUST TOW IT. Ain't that grand.
Loving living here, it is nice, people are nice to me. This is a bright spot in Oklahoma.
I've had a roof leak when it rains for over a month. I have to have water buckets when it rains and babysit it, dump it out. No ETA on when it will be fixed. Wish I could upload pictures so you could see how gross my ceiling is. Been like that for over a month. They deleted my first maintenance request after 14 days and I had to resubmit. Be curious if they keep doing that. I believe that is because they're obligated to fix stuff within 14 days and they know it. Don't move here!!!
They tell you to call in every week, to be put on the list for the exterminator, and no one comes. Then when you call about it then you have to call in again to be put on the list again. NOW about the grounds, it hasn't been cut in over 2months and again they get mad if you ask when it will be cut , and or they say it's been raining but still it's not were you want to be.

Hello. We're disappointed you feel this way. Due to the nature of your concerns, we feel it would be best if we spoke with you directly. Please give us a call when you have a moment. Thank you.
The office staff made my move in easy and helped me make sure everything was taken care of before I got my keys. I like that I was able to sign my lease through my email. Everyone is so nice in the office and they make me feel valued as a resident.

Hi there! We're glad we could help make the process so seamless. We appreciate the kind words about our team and hope you have an amazing time here. Take care!
Let Me Say This I Do Not recommend anyone to stay in these Apts they don’t fix anything and when you put in a work order it takes weeks they maintenance are rude people leave their trash outside of their door instead of taking it to the trash it’s so much wrong with these Apts I wish I would have read over the reviews before moving in I give these Apts a 1 Star they give you false advertising just so you can move in which is sad
They will fix little things unless its a ground leak been walking through sewer to get through my breezeway for a year not even a look at the leak now black stuff grows in the standing water green algae grows in it and mosquito use it for a breading ground
We've stayed for several years thru VA and the apartment is a nice size, comfortable, has all your basics. We've enjoyed the meals in the club room...better than a lot of restaurants. They had started renovating the apartments, in which was nicer. The only thing I didn't like was the patio doors. I felt exposed with the blinds, someone outside may be able to look in...if I had to live there, I would definitely put up reinforcement and curtains. It was quiet and peaceful.
Tried to rent a place. Received door cards. Went to room and no electricity. Found breaker box. All breakers were closed but panel was corroded. Definitely a fire hazard. Instead of issuing another room idiot manager suggested I stay there overnight with no electricity and they look inti problem next day or get a hotel and come back....LMAO!!!...Absolutely retarded. I definitely got a hotel but I sure as hell didn't return back to Isola Bella. The place has lost its luster and has turned into a slumlords cash cow.
When I did my walkthrough of the apartment before we moved in I pointed out that one of the bulbs was out. She “called” whoever to come and replace it. They did not. Our air conditioner did not work either. It was the beginning of summer!! This old dude came in and “fixed” it. A week later a young man came and asked about the it and informed us that the old man had just shut it off. Can you imagine how hot it was!! Then!! I try to use the dishwasher and it doesn’t drain!! I asked for it to get fixed. Dude came while we were asleep in our bedroom and again “fixed” the problem. He actually just used our Clorox wipes(he left them on the counter) and drained it. I ask again recently for it to get fixed. And it doesn’t work. It leaves residue on my dishes. Also they warn about the fact that there used to be lead in the paint that they originally used but it should be fine bc it’s been painted over soo many times. Also just so you know they have more than likely painted over anything that would indicate a problem so they can with hold your deposit later. Such a scam.
I would not recommend these Apartments. I moved in In July with my two daughters. There were roaches in my apartment and 5 days after we moved in the maintenance people came in ( while I was at work) and took all of me and my children’s valuable belongings and trashed everything else. When confronted they said my apartment was listed as a “Trashout” even though I had just moved in. Also there is Duck poop and ducks everywhere! In breezeways, parking lots, pools! You name it. I do not recommend this place. I wish I would’ve had an honest review prior to signing a lease.
Pretty chill place to live in, has lots of space and facilities
It’s a very calm area to live, and also a reasonable price
This apartment's management is truly garbage. Work orders will take weeks. The mens sauna worked when I first moved here. When it broke, they said it would be repaired within a month. It's now a year later and the men's sauna is still down, even though a brand new sauna heater costs less than 1 month of my rent, and they have hundreds of units, so funds aren't really an excuse not to mention that only 1 out of 7 or so treadmills is operational. I've spoken to the front office staff countless times, emailed the manager and got no response, and emailed the gym's director and got no response. Management is a terrible, sad joke. The apartment has a beautiful grounds, but the ponds and a lot of the grounds are full of trash that staff never seems to clean up. I currently have been waiting for near 2 weeks for a toilet handle to be repaired in my apartment, a job that takes 5 minutes. Lastly, the staff is not well trained in handling any type of escalated issues. Early into my 2nd year at the complex, my apartment was broken into. Rather than have security wait outside my apartment as is normal procedure, I came back from work asap to find ISOLA BELLA STAFF HAVING GONE INTO MY CLOSET TO GET MY BROOM TO SWEEP UP THE GLASS DOOR THAT WAS BROKEN DOWN rather than WAITING UNTIL I GOT TO MY APARTMENT. More recently, a resident in a nearby building disappeared from her apartment in the middle of the night, leaving her water running and her front door wide open with holes in the walls throughout her apartment. Neighbors also indicated they heard banging in the early morning hours. Despite the disturbing circumstances of her disappearance, courtesy patrol refused to call the police due to it being "none of their business". I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this complex is especially lacking, and I'm happy to spread awareness
The place is infested with bed bugs and the management is not helpful at all they say they will help but they don’t I got my kids here and got bites from bed bugs and I got pictures they fumigated the room but they want us to stay in the same room stinks like sulfur in here from the poison and they don’t want to do nothing about it we have to throw everything away this place is not as good as they say
I lived here from 2014-2016. I had a one bedroom apartment about 726 sq ft, given a military discount. Apartment was spacious, no bugs or rodent problems. The gates every couple of weeks would break so that was inconvenient because down the street were some shady apartments. I lived on the first floor in my first unit later renewed my lease for another first floor in another part of the complex due to personal reasons. The leasing office never answers the phone unless you call the front desk on the hotel rental side and get them to transfer you. Sometimes they mess up on paperwork...the date of my lease for instance and when I moved out they tried to charge $109 and I never got clarification exactly why. I had to call 4 times once I moved out of state to figure out why. I finally got a hold of the new manager (they change staff every 2 or 3 months) and she explained it was a mistake. She said she would send a new ledger that states I owe $0. We will see.
Huge 3 bedroom, paid utilities and cable with rent, this helps out a lot being a single mother. There's a pavilion where you can eat 1-2 meals/day with a little extra added onto your rent every month. You can play pool, ping pong, swim and have your favorite alcohol drink there also at the pavilion. They have a huge gym to workout in with an Olympic pool, boxing rink, tennis court, sauna and spa. They are also equipped with a man made pond like area that they fill with bass and catfish and perch every year that you can fish at in the middle of the apartment complex. They also have motels that are furnished in the apartment that they charge out every day for workers out of state or for just general stay/visit. No place like it.
I live here for temporary government housing. They offer furnished apartments and a meal plan. The place is completely unsafe; there was a break in and shooting several weeks ago! One of my friends got their car stolen from here, the "gated" community is a joke seeing as the fence is completely torn down and half the time the moving vehicle gate is stuck open. I came home from work one day to find "maintenance" had been in my place without notifying me, my dog was loose, and they had clearly rummaged through some of my personal belongings outside of the work area. Only after I had complained did they have someone call me to give me a heads up someone was coming in. A little late don't you think? Also, my electronic key hardly works so I get locked out all the time and it takes their 24/7 emergency maintenance team 20 minutes to get there to let me in, often with a master key that doesn't even work. Horrible place.
These apartments talk a nice game but just cannot live up to it. Unlike other apartments in the community, it is a large property and a gated community. That's one thing they will pitch to you, but the gates are always open or broken! There are 4 Pools, but only a few are kept nice. The maintenance crew members are rude, opinionated, and will not fix your problem. Only make it appear so, then mark it as complete and move on. Once you put a maintenance request in, expect a two or three week wait to even hear from them! Not Horrible. but only worth 2 stars.
I love this place because it's a safe place to my family, when i need something to fix they come very soon, all the stuff is very nice.
I have been living here for over 2 years and the service from the leasing agents are awful. Lyrewood keeps getting worse, I don't know how many people have been shot or just hurt because of something. We have gates but they are never closed or you can't get in the gate. Never a week where the gates aren't broken. I would not recommend living here.
