Property Ratings at Ivy Commons
I rent a 2/2 from a property mgmt for a reasonable price (cheaper than what I could get a 1/1 for). The building is old, very few bug problems, and very quiet. There are only 4 units each level and my living room does t have a shared wall. So can't hear noise from floor neighbors. There are no amenities here (pool, gym, Dog park, etc). But within 1-2 mi from downtown. Can't beat the price/location.
