Chicago’s historic South Side neighborhood is a largely residential community defined by its red brick houses and tree-shaded sidewalks. Residents enjoy close access to several major shopping destinations, particularly the 87th Street Center and the diverse selection of shops and restaurants along Cottage Grove Avenue. The Chatham 14 Theatre at Holland and 85th keeps locals entertained, and local greenspaces like Robichaux Park and Tuley Park provide great opportunities to get outside and enjoy the sunshine.
Chicago State University is one of the neighborhood’s major landmarks, and the community offers many great housing options for students, faculty, and staff members who want to live close to campus. The Dan Ryan Expressway and CTA’s Red Line run through the South Side, making it easy for you to get around the Chicagoland area.

Property Ratings at Ivy Park Homes
Each time I contact the office they make sure to handle all my concerns. Both Juan’s in the maintenance department came right over soon as I contacted the office. Thank you guys so much!!!
Anthony and Ray always do such a great job when they come to my unit. They do quality work and don't take all day. They also clean up behind themselves well.
The tour of the apartment was great and the environment is also great. The property manager, Tierra, was really helpful and welcoming. This area is a great place for a person to get there first or second apartment and the rent price is great. Tierra gave me all the information I needed and I’m ready to move in.
I would like to say about Ivory Park Homes. is everything is good the area I have no complaints I've been here almost three years no bugs no flooded basements they go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable in your home. Good area kids can come outside and play management make sure that they keep up maintenance around your house. Every week I love it over here and I love my house??
Please do not move here the basement flooded really bad and there is bad mold everywhere not suitable to raise your children they never fix anything and also they have really bad attitudes the people that left good reviews for them we’re given jewels gift cards for their On all social websites pertaining to housing please save your $550 a ministration and application fee it is a Waze you’re better off finding a place in West Englewood then Ivy Park homes Highly disappointing.ready to move
I love the way the townhouses are set up. They look nice and have been updated. I did the application process and moved in. The day I moved I saw a few roaches so I bombed the place. Since then I have seen roaches every where there is an infestation. If you can't live with the issue, you won't be happy here.
Nice place. I like the staff and love my apartment
This place is terrible! Do not let the pictures fool you. The basements flood. There are bedbugs, ants and roaches. Do not let the under new management fool you. Stay away
Ivy Park is a great community to live in. Neighbors are quiet and nice, and the lovely ladies in the office are always very helpful.
