The manager and assistant manager are top notch. Normally in an apartment complex,management is horrible but here, they are great. It is some of the residents that are horrible. (Clean up after your dogs inside all the buildings) This community is in a great location with lots of greenery. However, parking can be tight ( slow down in parking lots) and the overwhelming smell of trash in the hallways can be a weekly problem. ( air fresheners aren’t the solution) The rugs are stained, and there is always some kind of dog or cat issue on them with residents who dont care about following the rules and cleaning up. There are no rugs so you will hear your neighbors next door, upstairs or downstairs. Cleaning of the public areas and hallways could be better but again that is the cleaning company. The trash collection and smells and dumpster messes could be better but again that is the trash company. depending what building you live in it can be very noisy. JAG manages this apartment complex. Again, it is good management. It is others that need to improve.
JCreekside has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards. And the office staff is very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. We love our 1 bedroom in the main building. It is really spacious on the inside and has nice amenities throughout. The staff really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking well maintained. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is rare in landlords. They are also GREAT about offering perks and community gatherings for the tenants. I would highly recommend renting from Jcreekside and I can assure you, I am a real resident here. While we understand that real estate is a business, they don't make it feel that way..

Management does not enforce guidelines….garbage bags litter the hallways (sometimes for days) rather than being kept in the trash bins provided. Kids riding bikes back and forth in the hallways, dogs unleashed in the building and witnessed jumping up on some of the elderly tenants. attempts at organizing the mail room have failed, need a new system. very noisy after 10:00 with people out on their decks. Not enough parking garages so most time end up parking a block away from the building. Damaged hallway walls, elevators, alarm lights not repaired in over 2 months. When utility repairs effect property….notices are sent via email and property site but not posted on elevators at each floor to ensure all receive the information. Could be a very nice facility if it was managed well.
Jcreekside is the place to be. We have been here for almost an entire year now & are still equally obsessed as when we first moved in. Brian is phenomenal! He is the most welcoming, personable, professional, well mannered person ever. If you ever have anything you want to chat about he listens, and takes care of it. He remembers everyone's names and takes notice of small things which is so nice and what sets Jcreekside apart from many other communities. Brian and Christy genuinely care and it shows. Maribel is the SWEETEST, she cleans Jcreekside and is always very high energy and so sweet, it just makes you smile in the morning! Maintenance is always right on it and handles any issues (which are so minimal) right away. They are all awesome! Again, we do not plan on going ANYWHERE anytime soon. We just can't see ourselves at any other place! - Kat

The property is beautiful, well appointed and a great design - the maintenance staff is highly communicable with residents and extremely helpful. The manager (Christie) as well as the assistant manager (Brian) do not take into account resident privacy and threatens residents that “they will be watching” in the event a dog is not cleaned up afterward - it is a bit childish and extreme, but the two managers are ineffective at managing resident concerns and/or privacy.

When we first moved in about a year ago we definitely had some issues and frustrations with J Creekside. However, since new staff has come in the last few months it has been quite fantastic to be a resident here. My questions and concerns are addressed immediately, and the precautions to keep everyone safe in regards to Covid have been enforced so it’s nice to feel safe living here and using the amenities. I love that the staff, especially Brian know the residents on a first name basis so I love walking through the hallways and outside and not only getting to talk to my neighbors but also getting to talk to the people that work here. I feel like the current staff genuinely cares about the residents here in wanting them to be safe, happy, and enjoy their home. Recently an Easter egg hunt was just put on for the residents and it was so cool to have the community all out and about looking for eggs. If you would’ve asked me in December if I was going to extend our lease, my answer would’ve been absolutely not, but now the thought of leaving makes me sad. This is such a great community to live in and I highly recommend! The apartment complex and amenities have always been amazing, but the current staff is phenomenal and are the reason our opinions have changed about this place and truly are the reason we don’t want to leave.
Manager very approachable. All staff are so friendly. Cleaning personnel very hardworking and always smiling.
