J Woburn Heights

NOT the best place to live in the area. The management team is not helpful and seems to have the "residents vs management" mindset rather than everyone working together. They're lack of experience is clear, and they do not do anything to try to make J Woburn Heights more enjoyable for the residents (i.e. snacks in clubhouse, 24 hours clubhouse access, resident events, etc.) The amenities (specifically the clubhouse with the pool/gym bathrooms and poker table, etc) are NOT 24 hours, no elevators in the apartment buildings, they charge monthly per parking spot (no garages; $40 or $65 depending what side of the driveway you're on), and apparently the units we moved into in July, August, and September are still under construction as the maintenance/management team seems to request access every few weeks to change something (mostly lighting fixures) as the architect didn't like the finished look. We have lived at other luxury apartment buildings in the Woburn/Reading/Stoneham area, and this is has been our worst experience yet. I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Very nice and modern apartments. Great So far it has been a good neighborhood and good neighbors. A place very close to 93 and the stores I need.

J Woburn Heights is a beautiful community. Apartment is very bright and full of light. Leasing staff are very helpful. Looking forward to enjoying all the amenities!

Great place! I really liked the apartments here and the prices are very good and the facilities is the best in the area. You will have a private pool and gym for the residence and a place for BBQ. Security is very high. Free storage place, Free package room, free bike room. A lot of parking spaces, parking for the visitors. It is really the best.

Pretty nice place, clean, good amenities, great neighbors. The mail room is pretty neat, perhaps some signs to guide mail workers would help them find it better. I just wish it had elevators and parking spots closer to your apartment

The management team is excellent! Moving in was simple and easy. They are extremely professional. The residents are beautiful and the complex is very clean with beautiful landscaping!

The apartment has brand new everything. I love how modern the apartment looks and the space in the closets. The maintenance team also works pretty quick.

It’s been super easy and really seamless, even though there was a few little items that needed to be addressed in the unit itself the property management made sure to address every single item with expeditious compliance.

Everything as I dreamed about, clean, nice, high quality, I love everything about my apartment, the view is incredible, stuff are very helpful too

So far very responsive and collaborative personnel. Great views and amenities. Neighbors are nice. Actually pretty close to grocery stores and malls. Love it.

I feel that we have been lied to. It was stated multiple times and in the quote for the apartment. That we would receive a $500.00 gift card upon completion of our lease. However, now we are informed we have to do this reward program and earn our gift card. Lame.

Love the community here! Wonderfully maintained and everything is brand new. Carlos and Colin have been fabulous to work with. Gorgeous pool, spacious clubhouse.

J Woburn Heights is exactly what my family was looking for with a nice and secure swimming pool and a small gym. I love the fact that it's a Non-smoking environment!

I love it. It’s a beautiful place . Nice and quiet . All the people are nice . There a nice pool . And they are still building but it don’t hear nothing.

Carlos and Colin have made moving in nothing but amazing! Every need and concern is answered promptly and with a smile on their face. The community is clean, professional, and friendly! I cannot wait to see what the year holds!
