Jackson Square Apartments

I have lived here for nine years. For me the location in the NE part of Tallahassee next to US319, Thomasville Highway and I10 is just right. The buildings themelves are very solid and the soundproofing from adjacent units is the best of any apartment I have lived in. The maintenance response is within one day and the people they hire are courteous and competent. I don't want to say any more because then too many people will want to live here and the rents may start going up too fast.

I really appreciate all of the activities and food trucks that Jackson Square provides for its residents. I think it’s great that they try to provide a unique experience for its residents.

It’s a great place to live! The neighborhood is safe and friendly, with fun resident events that make it feel like a real community. I especially love the food trucks they bring in every now and then!

Great area and overall very well maintained. I feel very safe in this apartment and love how quick the maintenance takes care of things. Can’t wait for more to come

This is a beautiful community with great amenities! I love it here! The staff are helpful and friendly, and there is a pool, tennis court, and a playground to enjoy.

5 star experience! I love it here, it's quiet, serene. The place is really nice. I am very happy here. The location is ideal for my work commute. My sone loves livibg here. He has friends here that go to his school. We are pleased!

Overall, Jackson Square Apartments are best choice for everyone to make their home. Families are loving it for their active involvement for various events. Maintenance staff is also so generous and helpful and fulfill the requests on timely manner.

Very lovely complex, apartment is very nice and location is really good! Neighbors seem very friendly. There is lots of parking and the complex seems committed to creating events to benefit residents.

I chose this apartment based on its location. It is close to everything, grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. I have just moved in for a week but it seems like a nice and quiet neighborhood, managers are friendly, maintenance is quick and responsive.

I have been blessed to live in such a wonderful community. It is nice and quiet here and the layout has some great green space. The complex has a newly updated playground just in time for kids who are out of school to have a safe space to play. The pool is cool and refreshing and my grandkids have loved going there for the past few days. The staff is very approachable and responsive to any issues the residents may have. I have had the opportunity to meet the maintenance crew on more than one occasion, nothing serious, and they have been quick to fix any issue encountered. The community has food trucks that visit and the management hosts little get togethers like pool parties or movie nights for tenants. This is a great community with quick access to I-10 and HWY 319 which can get you anywhere in Tallahassee quickly. Shopping and dining are convenient and it is a short walking distance to some park and garden spots. I highly recommend checking out Jackson Square Apartments.

We moved in and instantly made friends! The pool and gym are wonderfully maintained. I have used the business office for remote work. It’s been a great fit for us.

Best apt complex in Tallahassee! Great neighbors, pet & kid friendly and lots of law enforcement here. 5-13 minutes away from anything you could need.

Very friendly management team members who make us to feel home, with kind and prompt maintenance service staffs. Nice neighborhood with good rating elementary school and pool party let my daughter to make freinds easily~

Great experience with the move in. Nice location. Contacted them & got into an apartment within a week. Front office staff is very nice a long with the clubhouse & pool area. Only issue was that the as I moved in quickly, the place wasn’t fully ready. But that has been taken care of by maintenance & the front office

Great places to live. Very dog friendly and easy drive to everything. I would highly recommend living here to someone if they are looking to move.

Wonderful community situated in a great elementary school zone with some nice amenities. The management is very friendly and prompt in servicing our needs. Only drawback is the lack of children play area. The tennis court also needs attention.

Great experience. Great area to live, residents are friendly. Kid friendly environment. Only thing I don’t like is that when it’s time to renew the price jumps by like $150-160.

Jackson Square is a great and safe place for families. It comes under a good rating schools. Bus stop is just in front of community entrance. Staff is also so helpful and good listeners.

Been a resident here for 13 years. The last few years have been great. Staff members, all of them, have been courteous, available and knowledgeable. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and continue to be attractive to residents and potential new residents.

Always quiet and it is great to have staff who know you by name. The ground are well maintained and repairs are timely if needed. It is quiet here and the noise of children outside playing means families feel safe.

Jackson Square is a very nice community for families. Neighborhood is all near by. Costco, Walmart, Asian Foods all are within 2-3 miles from here. This comes under top rated school zone.

I've been here for about 11 - 12 years and the ownership and support has improved continuously during this time. The staff are friendly and attentive to the needs of the tenants. I have had excellent maintenance support - prompt, courteous and professional in every case.

Jackson Square is a quiet, safe complex in a good area. I really enjoy using the pool and the grill on the weekends. Everyone is very nice and professional in the office.

I’ve lived here over a year and it’s been great! A little noisy at times and my unit gets really hot in the summer (about 80 degrees with the ac on 68 running constantly & $300 utility bills in the summer) but overall a good living experience, the unit itself is nice and it feels like a safe community.

Very freindly managemet with coffee bar and well-maintained / clean swimming pool. Nice neighborhood and easy access to everything, shopping, restaurant, and public offices.

Three quarters of the way through my first year here and everything is still great! Jackson does a lot of neat things for its residents such as Movie Night by the pool, as well as helping the community with canned food and toy drives. Happy to be here!

The leasing and move-in process was very smooth, the staff is great, and neighbors are friendly. The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained, as well.

I would rate the apartments a bit over 4 due to the friendly staff, peaceful space to remote work, great location, routine maintenance and technical staff. The children play area could be renovated and there have been continuous issues with roach infestation which reduce a star.

I have been here for a week and I love it. It’s quiet and our apartment is spacious. Maintenance request are done within a timely manner. So far i have no complaints.

Love the location and on-site amenities! Quiet and safe community with convenient placement in Tallahassee. Easily commutable to stores and restaurants as well as the downtown area.

I continue to be impressed with the staff and facilities here. The fitness room is available on my schedule. The staff had a party for kids and their parents in Friday and provided dinner beverages and a movie. I dropped off candy for bags being made for the kids. The property is well maintained and quiet. Recommended for families and singles.

Jackson Square is good community for families and good neighborhood. Children safely play and enjoy here specially Pool. And love to have pool parties during summer.

The location is wonderful and the staff are amazing. I have lived here for 4 years and had some ups and downs with inconsiderate neighbors above me - but that is my only complaint. Maintenance is always very responsive and Zarinah and the office staff really are the best.

One of the best apartments in the northern Tallahassee area, Jackson Square is a great community to live in. The management is great, has lovely staff and a good office with gym, pool and a place to work at peace. A nice place to raise a young family as the apartment Falls under best rated elementary school zone.
