Jacksonville Pines, a Wilhoit Property, is operated under Section 42 of the LIHTC Program which allows affordable housing for both family and seniors. All the amenities are included! The grounds are well kept. The pool area is beautiful and inviting. This property is the nicest place to live in Jacksonville.
