Property Ratings at Jacksonville Station
The inside of the apartments looks beautiful. But lots of noise, teenage kids blasting music, cig smells. Over priced!!
In short: this complex is infested with mulch fungus that will ruin any of your belongings that you keep outside (including your vehicles); the complex will not pay for repairs or help you at all with fungal damage. They are overpriced and constantly noisy, especially if you have an anyone living above you. I rented here for just over 2 years. When Ruthie and Renee ran the office, they were very responsive and effective aside from noise complaints. The upstairs neighbors were horrendously loud at all hours, and all the staff did was email them, which didn't change a thing. I thought new construction would be quiet, but you can hear everything from talking to walking to people entering their pin for the building. I didn't have many issues with the apartment, and maintenance was normally great, until I noticed mulch fungus spores all over my patio railings, siding, and patio furniture. They tried to clean it off, but most remained, and the mulch was not removed (mulch fungus grows on mulch that does not receive enough sunlight, so the problem can only be rectified by replacing the mulch with grass or stone). I had to throw out my patio furniture, which the complex had the landscaping company reimburse me for. I later found out that this fungus was artillery, or "shotgun" fungus that shoots spores up to 20 feet away. Unfortunately, my car was within that distance. Google how to remove these spores and you'll find out it's virtually impossible. The office escalated my complaint about mulch fungus on my vehicle, only for me to be told that this was an "act of nature" and not due to "negligence" on the complex's part. I disagree since the mulch and fungus therein was never removed, nor was mulch there naturally. I have done everything to try to remove the mulch fungus from my car, including using an automotive clay bar with detailer, which only removed some of the spores. Unless I want to pay for a new paint job, my 2017 BMW 3 series is permanently ruined from the fungus infesting this complex. I wish I never moved here, and I definitely wish I didnt purchase a nice vehicle during my residency.

Jacksonville Station is a friendly and safe community. All the apartments are brand new and spacious. They offer garages for extra storage or convenient parking. The common areas and community center are always kept clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and always available. The community is conveniently located near the train station and all major roadways. We would highly recommend Jacksonville Station to anyone looking for a safe and care-free style of living!
Jacksonville Station is a quiet, friendly environment to live in. All the apartments are brand new with beautiful appliances. The property is kept very clean and snow removal is awesome!!!! The office staff are friendly and always willing to help! I recommend living here you will be glad you did!!!!
How refreshing. I did everything from phone and email. I didn't even see the home before I moved in. Scary right? Well not really. Renee and Ruthie were such a delight in explaining the process to me, that I felt comfortable with doing everything remotely. And when I arrived on move in day everything was so clean, I have to tell you the homes are really spacious. Usually with new construction they try and maximizr the sq footage by giving you a really small apartment, but not here. Almost 800 sq ft of space and the bedroom was so large and comfortable. Oh and did I say clean? Oh and check out those washer and dryers. Really large and brand new. So needless to say I am loving my new apartment. As for location, just perfect. Words cannot express how happy I am here.
We live here on a third floor, two bedroom apartment. Our experience has been excellent. This is a great place to live. Some notes: There is lots of natural light. It's very quiet. The walls are pretty well-insulated. It isn't often that we hear our neighbors. The gym, pool area, and grounds are always well-maintained. The Warminster line is an easy commute to the city. The staff is friendly and approachable. You'll get to see some wildlife from time to time. We sometimes see deer from our patio and sometimes a random fox or two at night. I very much recommend living here. Check it out!
I have been living here since May 2017. The apartments speak for themselves, high ceilings, wood floors, great kitchen and bath plus balcony. Love the clubhouse open 24/7. The gym has everything you need. Pool was great, beautifully maintained. The grounds are kept very clean. Any problems were handled at once. Ruthie and Renee in the office are sweethearts!
