About Jamaica Apartments

Welcome to 1393 Jamaica Street Apartments! Conveniently located one block off of Colfax and just a few blocks from the Anschutz medical campus as well as Nome Park. This historical neighborhood provides an easy walk to local and authentic restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping! Only 20 minutes away from Downtown Denver and DIA! Our community is in a beautiful Mid-Century modern building. We have renovated each apartment home with new cabinets, beautiful tile tub surrounds and backsplash. Wood look floors and custom paint. Each home has new window coverings, and the 2nd and 3rd floor apartments have a wall air conditioner. We have a brand new, coinless washer and dryer on the first floor and an adorable pet area on the side of the building. There is plenty of parking for all of our residents and their guests as well as a cozy picnic area in the front of the community.
