Worst customer service everrrrrr!!! Overpriced with no facilities or flexibility even for parking your own car!! They can simply tow your car or your guests car!! & the leasing office has the worst unprofessional rude ppl ever!! They don’t care for you or respect you as their resident, all they care for is your payment & that’s it!! I wish I never lived here, stay away from this community that’s my advise to you!
Great place to live. Great location, walking distance to stores, restaurants and parks. Glad I can call this place home.
Homeless and rats and dog poop, oh my. The grounds are covered in dog poop, and apparently,??maintenance?e does not ?see this as part of their job. When you visit, keep an eye out for all of the black boxes around. These are rat traps? because they have RATS, not mice, but huge, New York-style rats running around. They live in the palm trees and eat the dates. Also, on that note, there are homeless people in the dumpsters. Told management? and they said they could not do anything, and that every time? you see them, don't tell the office, just call the cops. My dog was attacked? here; side ripped open by another dog living in the complex. Informed the office, they said that that was not their problem. They would not give me any information so that I could file an insurance claim. They told me that they were "trying to evict" the offending party? and that we should be happy with that. There are A LOT of problems? in this complex; management just decided? that they don't want to deal with any of them.
Management here is so bad! They don't notify you when you have packages, they host loud private events for their workers, the office people act like they are too important to deal with actual residents, they only focus on getting people to sign leases. There are roaches, rats, and ants; residents literally complain to management until they have to move out and management does nothing. My sister went down to the office to ask about our car that got towed, a lady that works in the office called her crazy for asking questions and threatened to call the police on her- so we are literally scared of the office people. Lewis Home, the owner, is a horrible corporation so avoid it if you can. They are all fake smiles until you move in.

I liked this community for excellent landscaping, very prompt staff so I guess I had good expectation. Now you must be thinking then why 1 start welll pictures say thousand words... my luxurious apartment community and worse part is Jamboree personnel thinks its okay, give it a few years it will grow.. Highly disappointing..

There is no parking, they don't do work orders on time, there is construction noise all the time, they don't show no respect for the tenants, towed my car, and threatening me and my family. DON'T EVER GO THERE. IT'S THE WORS PLACE YOU CAN IMAGINE TO LIVE!
The community is gorgeous. The amenities plentiful and we'll maintained. It would be ideal however they are renovating the units as tenants vacate. What that means for you is each time somebody moves out of your building there will be a month of tearing out cabinets and floors, hammering, cutting tile etc. I've had guests leave my home because it was to loud. My baby can't nap. And they start daily at 8am. I'd seriously consider another apartment as these renovations are expected to continue for months if not years. Well, unless you don't the noise level associated with living in a constriction zone. Other than that the apartments are spacious with great floor plans. The adjoining park is a wonderful perk. And we love that the pills are always hated to the perfect temperature.

As we embark on Year 10 of our Jamboree living experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex without any reservation. From the administrative staff to the amenities the building provides, the Jamboree apartment community is top notch. We currently live in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit, and absolutely love the space. We looked at about a dozen, similarly-priced rentals all over San Bernardino, but nothing compares to the square footage, closet space, and overall design aesthetics Jamboree boasts. I probably highlighted everything I love about this place already, but I really should add that the neighbors themselves are awesome to live around; quiet, respectful and courteous. If you are moving to Rancho Cucamonga, or just want to relocate from your current digs, Jamboree should be on your list of prospective places to visit and consider.
This is the perfect place to live. Everything is soon close, within walking distance. Parks, we got them, actually right outside my patio!! Grocery stores, got those too. Eateries, you name it, we got that too. Trust me, everything is perfect. The community itself is luxurious. Plants, great grass, 2 great pools. The front office staff are always pleasant and even take the time to know your name. I've been here for 6 years and I have absolutely no complaints.
The apartments are nice, there is a big pool and a kiddie pool. The apartment offers community events that are quite fun. Overall not a bad place to live
The Jamboree apartments in Rancho Cucamonga have it all; a dedicated and friendly staff, a resort-style pool area, a massive park adjacent, and free unicorns made of ice cream in every room. I made one of those things up, but I'll never say which, and YOU CAN'T MAKE ME TELL YOU. Back to the apartment; our floorplan (the Bingham) is spacious, well-lit and soundly built. Honestly, the only complaint we've ever had is that we can hear our neighbors (and their uncivilized child-beasts) a bit too clearly. Whether the walls are thin or their just obnoxious, we're not sure. Other than that, Jamboree is amazing. The maintenance staff is especially fantastic, quick and friendly. Best of all, it's actually affordable. I know, I know...'Livable housing for less than the price of a small island...in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA?!' I hear you shout at your computer screen, completely misunderstanding how the internet works. The answer is still 'yes'. Affordable, clean, well-maintained and extremely nice. It's convenient that it's called 'Jamboree', because you'll feel like partying when you move in.

This is the perfect location for all your needs. It is walking distance to a large shopping center. It is adjacent to a beautiful park. Across the street there is an excellent elementary school. Jamboree has many amenities that include a junior olympic pool, a wading pool, two spas, three playgrounds, YMCA Kids Club (free after school program), a theater room, a 24 hour gym, a business center, and a Clubhouse that you can rent for a low fee that includes a full sized kitchen. My favorite part about living at the Lewis Apartment Communities is that they have weekly events. Most are free or for a low fee you can enjoy activities with your neighbors. The grounds is maintained on a daily basis. The staff is professional and prompt. The apartment is a gated community and I feel safe. Rancho Cucamonga is a beautiful city to live in. The location of this apartment complex meets all my expectations.
I absolutely love Jamboree apartments! I've lived here for 3 years and enjoy how quiet the complex is. Maintenance and office staff are always courteous and quick to resolve any issues I may have. Every month there is a calendar of activities that the office sends out to get the residents involved in the community. The amenities are well kept and aren't over crowded. I would recommend Jamboree apartments if you're looking for a new place. You'll love it here!!
Jamboree apartments offer comfort and convenience in the heart of Rancho Cucamonga. Located in a great school district. Offers lots of fun and amenities to renters. Great views of the mountains. Lush green landscapes. Can it get any better than this? I don't think so!
There hasn't been a day that goes buy, this staff is smiling and bubbly. I even enjoy saying "Hi" to lay the maintenance workers and office staff!! I haven't regretted a day living here. Even though I was without a stove for a month. Haha they still stayed on top of it.
This townhome/apartment complex has incredible amenities and even better views of parks the mountains and nice landscaping. The rent for what you get is fair for the area. I'm just renewing my lease to spend another year making it 3 here for me. Never a complaint to be made of how management handles the issues that may arise and maintence is always on time smart and quick with any repairs you may need.
My wife and I have rented a few apartments in the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario area and Jamboree has the been the best experience by far. Right away we were able to experience the Lewis Apartments difference. The very first day the maintenance manager went over the entire apartment with us, and helped us note any discrepancies, which has never happened at any other apartment. The price we pay with the amenities included is well worth it. Our apartment has plenty of space and has a very clean feeling. Also, the pool feels like we are at a resort every time we visit, the gym has just the right equipment needed to get a good workout, and the overall feel of the complex is very safe. This is the first apartment community which we actually used the amenities. The one issue our apartment did have was a lack of parking spaces inside the complex due to people who were not utilizing their garages. However, the office changed the parking passes and a night patrol does a great job of citing those who don't have parking passes. Overall, my experience has been great. From the complex to the staff, I am more than satisfied with living here and will continue to do so.
One of the loveliest apartment complexes I have ever been in, and I have lived in around 5 different ones. The apartments themselves are roomy, mine being a three bedroom. The clubhouse has some amazing amenities such as a gym and movie theater room. The pool is beautiful and has room for families to sit and have a good time. It is right next to a big beautiful park and everyone who lives here has a key to walk straight from the complex to the park. The complex is walking distance from a Target, some restaurants, clothing stores and even a movie theater. It is a great area if you have kids and even if you don't.
Apartment complex good about to get even better with all the upgrades coming.. Curently trying to move to an updated one so I won't loose the prime location. Parks,shopping and dining just a brisk walk away.. Perfect location for families that are trying to be more active..since we moved here our activity lever shot though the roof! We walk to park and work out something that we never saw possible... We are down some lbs... I am glad we chose this location to keep all the small perks of having everything literally across the street!!
We love our apartment. Our Floorplan is an open and spacious 3 bdrm 3ba w 2 garages. Rent is good for this area and elementary school and middle schools are just across the street. Neighbors are friendly and staff goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction and beautification of our neighborhood. This is my 3rd year renting with Lewis Communities and with Lewis you won't go wrong.
What I like is that My aptment complex always keeping the grounds up, the people that work there are very friendly. when something is wrong they will come fix it . This is one of the best apartments I ever stayed in. Thanks Terell
I have always lived in a House. My first experience in an Apartment complex has been very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The property is nicely kept and clean. My place was impressively presented. Maintenance team is always readily available. The location is close to the Mall, Grocery Market, Entertainment Centers and most of all My Job. That is why it is called Home Sweet Home.
I love this place , it's nice and people and workers are very friendly, our pets are allowed here . They have a beautiful pool club house and work out gym , movie room , after school club for kids to do homework! Try child school and shopping center across the street.
LOVE this apartment! It was actually made with people in mind. They really put in the amenities that make you want to live here. High ceilings, beautiful patio, HUGE kitchen, laundry room, lots of windows and it's walking distance to the Terra Vista Town Center. We are very happy here... Oh, and they allow pets!
Jamboree apartment homes are awesome! The landscape and property is ALWAYS kept beautiful. The staff and maintenance workers are always very courteous , friendly and extremely efficient and prompt when it comes to fixing anything!
After having been a homeowner for over 20 years, my husband and I, along with our adult children, found The Jamboree Apartments to be an exceptional place to call home. With the many amenities, pools, gym, clubhouse and central location to parks, schools and shopping centers, you can't go wrong!

Love the spacious apartment with attached garage. Great neighborhood. Clean, mostly quiet environment. Maintainance is usually good. The only problem is finding parking on the one side - need more spaces for those skong Spruce.
THE APARTMENT COMMUNITY IS NICE BUT LATELY SOME OF THE NEIGHBORS ARE NOT. I LIVE IN NON-SMOKING BUILDING AND MY NEIGHBOR SMOKES AND CONSTANTLY PARKS IN FRONT OF MY GARAGE AND IN SOME CASES IS RUDE AND ACTS LIKE I AM BOTHERING THEM WHEN ASK TO MOVE.
As a dog lover, it's heartwarming to see so many animals sharing in this beautiful community and being well taken care of. Jamboree is not just for people, it's for dogs too!
The complex is located in one of the best neighborhoods. Within walking distance to Terra Vista town center, restaurants, and movie theater. A short bike ride (which is my favorite) to Victoria Gardens. Great school system! Only downside is limited parking spots. Guests may have trouble finding a place to park and will get a little ticket/ warning on their car. Everyone in the Office is wonderful, especially Mike. He remembers your name which makes you feel appreciated. The pool and gym are great. And last but not least the monthly resident events are a fun and free way to socialize with your neighbors. Though these apartments can be a little pricey (expect the rent to go up slightly every year) you do get what you pay for and I can honestly say the units are life and spacious and the neighborhood is the best place to raise kids.
Our apartment is pretty spacious and comfortable. We like the fact that it has only one floor. As parents to three children we appreciate the three playing areas and two pools, and the location of the complex by city parks, an elementary school and a large shopping area. Every time we had a technical problem, it was fixed quickly. Having some experience with other apartments, we are very happy with our choice of living here.

Jamboree is a great place to call home. I feel like I'm at a resort when I'm relaxing by the pool with the kids. The parks and surrounding area a great place to hang out with family and friends. The office staff (and maintenance) are very accommodating.
We love the location, amenities, and friendly staff. our kids love the pool and playground along with the ymca play group and apartment fun nights such as bingo, nacho nights, ice cream social and more. The school district is phenomenal. We love the location in relation to our jobs, entertainment, and shopping. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist
Homecoming is a beautiful, well maintained property. From the epic colonial columns that herald one's entrance to the complex to the spacious well planned floor plan of my unt Homecoming is unique. In my experience ; the office staff is always concerned and accommodating. Any concerns I had were immediately attended to and resolution of those concerns became paramount to the management. I am a long time resident and I see no reason to seek other living accommodations ....they will only fall short of what I have now.
Location, location, location. If you want to live close to the 210, the 10 and the 15; have hundreds of places to eat, shop, walk, ride and play; then Jamboree is the place for you. Not only is it conveniently located, the apartments are nice and comfortable, the management is very helpful and accommodating, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. Jamboree stands out in comparison to its neighboring communities due to its affordability, floor plans, and amenities - especially the gym! Jamboree is the place to be! Julie D
The best alternative to get out of crowded and noisy LA staying in reach of everything in a beautiful environment, great schools and shopping centers is without any doubt Rancho Cucamonga, and within Rancho Cucamonga Jamboree apartments has been to me a very nice experience, the apartments are gated and very safe, staff is very nice and knowledgeable, landscapes, pools, gym and social facilities are always well taken care of and apartments are spacious and comfortable, anything that needs to be repaired or replaced they do it very quick and thorough, central A/C and heater it's a must to me and these apartments are equipped that way, spacious kitchen that comes with all appliances, patio, good size bedrooms and detached garage are standard, I've been living here and i like it very much.
It seems someone is always moving in and out of this place. Staff is friendly. Rules is inconsistently enforced. Parking is a struggle. Ex. Rule: cars must be parked in garage, but quite a few use it as storage. Maintenance request are completed within a reasonable time. Rent is comparable to area.
We've been living in the same apartment unit for 3 years and my family loves this place. Our community is quiet and the neighbors and staff are very friendly. The apartment homes are well-designed to maximize space and are equipped with energy efficient appliances. My daughter goes to a nearby elementary school and she loves the short walk every morning with me. We have lots of good memories in this place and it is indeed a great find in the Rancho Cucamonga area.
I love this apartment complex. It has great amenities like a gym, pool, kids play area. The staff is very friendly and responsive to your needs.
Maintenance work orders always done on time. Staff always friendly.
