Property Ratings at Jamestown Manor
Current renter as of 1/27/22 and the apartment itself is decent, they keep up with the property, BUT, the walls are thin, my neighbors have tv/music so loud I can’t sleep and the walls vibrate, One of the neighbors has a dog, my apartment and hallways smell like weed 24/7. When someone has friends over you are left to find a random area to park because the extra spots are very limited. The leasing office people are nice but no help. They just say call the police if you have an issue. Speaking of police one of the neighbors got raided lol. I used to love it here but the tenants who have moved in the past year or so make the place look and smell bad. Hopefully I’ll be out soon.
