Jamestown has the best property manager. Anna was professional and always willing to help. Maintenance was also speedy and professional. Clean and quiet community. I am sad that I had to move out because of job relocation. I wish I could stay longer. If you are looking for one or two bedroom apartments around this area, this is it.

The apartments are very clean and very well maintained and the maintenance people are very helpful and fast to respond. The associate at the office is very friendly and very helpful. The monthly rent is very low in against the services they provide

I loved my stay at Jamestown. I’m sure any apartment complex you go there will be common issues but, rest assured you will have them fixed conveniently with the staff here. Ana is apart of the leasing office and is wonderful, she truly is a pleasure to have apart of the community. I’ve never had any issues here and will miss my place.

Jamestown is a very family friendly development. The office and maintenance staff are always dedicated to keeping all families safe and happy. All of the apartments are well-maintained.

Look no further in your search...This is the BEST place to call home hands down!! I moved to Jamestown Square in Blackwood, NJ a year ago. From the beginning you’ll be greeted by the wonderful property manager, Ms.Anna. It’s overwhelming how caring she is. Any questions or concerns big or small she will go out of her way to help. She truly makes the difference. Now onto the apartment... I’ve spent countless peaceful mornings on my patio looking over the beautiful landscapes (maintained consistently) that bring nothing but privacy, comfort and safety. ALL of the staff are friendly, efficient and most of all compassionate. Anytime something would fall into the garbage disposal they were right there to help grab it out and have a little laugh with me (like when they pulled out my wine topper lol). When I had a problem with my fridge they exchanged it within literal hours with a brand new stainless steal one that was BEAUTIFUL! I have been constantly pleased with the strong sense of community here. Some of my neighbors have lived here 20+ years! Not to mention the huge in-ground pool and the fact your close to major highways, movie theaters, restaurants, the gym and so much more! This IS home, a one of a kind gem. Words can not express how grateful I am to have the opportunity to live in such a special neighborhood as Jamestown Square Apartments. DO NOT MISS OUT! :)

Jamestown Square is a great place to live. Very nice , quiet, and clean community. The property manager is wonderful, she is extremely responsive and helpful! Also, if there are any maintenance issues it is done correctly and efficiently. Would recommend this place to others!

Where do I begin? The bad roads that they "fixed" a year ago that looks even worse. The parking spots that are all taken up and I can never find a parking spot when I get home from work. The bad landscaping some areas of the complex have amazing plants and grass and others its just dirt? This place is seriously going down hill. They raise the rent up every year and I don't even know where the money is going because I see no improvement. This place has awesome potential just keep up on things.

Property very well maintained with family friendly service. Management was quick to resolve any problems that came up in the 10 yrs I lived there. A excellent place to live and raise a family. Would recommend to anyone to live there!

I wrote a review a few months ago I have been here for years and the last year this place has gone downhill! The roads suck! NOONE is ever in the office when you call. The pool is NEVER open. You call with a problem and they take forever to solve it BEWARE!

Jamestown Square is the best property to live. If your thinking about moving here, DO IT! The managament team here is very professional and deals with you as a human being not a dollar sign. They are quick to respond to any maintenance issues, neighbors are very respectful and friendly, the pool is beautiful and well maintained throughout the summer. It sits in a very convenient location. The only reason I am moving is due to work, other than that I would probably be here for the rest of my life lol. I have lived here with my family for 15 years the last 2 my boyfriend and I got our first apartment and we loved it! They are always on top of everything and when you have an issue they resolve it right away! Definitely would recommend

I've lived in Jamestown Square for a little over a year now. I didn't really have any complaints until recently when I found out my building was being infested with mice. I found a couple in my apartment and when I told the landlord she expressed that other tenants have had the same complaints over the past few weeks. What I didn't understand was the fact that they hadn't done anything to prevent it or even warn the residents of the problem. I told the leasing office about my problem on a Friday and they told me an exterminator will come on Tuesday! So basically they expect me to live with this problem. I'm sadly disappointed and if this problem persists, I'll be calling the health department. Beware if you are thinking of moving here!!

I have lived here for two years now and me and my kids love it. It's not a very large complex, what I like. It's a very safe complex, I never worry about my kids playing outside. I have a two bedroom and it is very spacious, good layout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait for maintenance to come out if I had any issues. There's a nice size pool that is always clean and never crowded. I also have assigned parking that was a must for me. My only negative comment is that there is not a washer and dryer in unit, its in the middle of thr building, in the basement. We are not allowed to install our own, even the small appt. Size ones. Overall it's a great place to live and I plan on staying here for many more years.

My sister & mother live in your complex and I find it to be a very nice place. It is always clean and the lawns and flowers are well taking care of. I truly one day and thinking about moving into one of your places.Everyone that I have met in the office and working on the grounds have been very friendly and polite and very helpful.My sister & mom live in G1 and I have a nephew and his daughter that live in the B building.
