First impressions speak volumes, and Hira at Jasmine Cove definitely delivers! She makes you feel so welcomed, is very knowledgeable about the complex and community and highlights everything that a family could need. Between her and the volleyball court that my son could use daily, I am completely sold on wanting to live there with my family!

Great staff, they're welcoming, courteous and answers all questions. Apartments are clean, comfortable and spacious. Convenient location to the interstate. We were looking for a space with short-term leasing to meet our needs. And we are more than satisfied with this community.

Quiet, friendly neighbors, nice flowers and gated community. It's honestly my favorite place I've ever lived. Bright and sunny and spacious. Ask for a preferred employer application fee if you work for Greenville Hospital System or St. Francis.
I began my attempt to reach Jasmine Cove for more information about moving into an apartment at the beginning of October. When i arrived, the door was locked. During business hours on a weekday- when i would assume they'd have more than one staff member if "out of the office" were ever their excuse. After calling their office at least once daily with no answer, and no call backs- a friend and I attempted to visit the property again. On a Tuesday- early afternoon, the sign on the door was flipped to OPEN- but the locked door indicated otherwise. When i returned home, i attempted to call AGAIN!!!!!! NO ANSWER! So i redirected my search to Apartments.com where i sent a contact request which received an automatic response stating that Jasmine Cove thanks me for my interest & someone will reach out to me asap regarding my inquiry. Can you guess what happened? NO response. It wasn't until i directly contacted the provided email address listed on their automatic reply and still got NO RESPONSE that i decided there is no way i would ever live at a place like this. Why would i chase you down so that you can take MY money?!? If this property could even find my contact information by filtering through the missed, ignored, and neglected customers that i'm SURE they have quite a collection of- They could just save some time and mark me as "RENTED ELSEWHERE".
This is an incredibly convenient location with nicely maintained grounds. It is not without its defects such as an entry way locked gate that would randomly not open to let you out (this happened approximately 4 times in the 2 years I rented here). However, the three bedroom apartment that I rented at a hefty monthly rent was outdated and had carpeting that appeared to have been there for quite a few years/tenants. The tiny refrigerator was constantly freezing your dairy products (even on lowest setting) and they refused to do anything about it over the two years. The dishwasher was a total joke and necessitated hand washing your dishes after they went through wash. Again, no replacement. In addition to this maintenance (very responsive to other issues) would always come in with shoes on regardless of weather and walk through apartment. After two years of faithful on time payment of agreed upon rent the brand new obviously very green manager decided to deduct $85 from my security deposit for a "bleach" stain in master bedroom carpeting (no such stain) and for a broken master bedroom blind that was literally $5 at Walmart. I know this because I had purchased a perfect match replacement blind for one of the other bedrooms previously at a cost of less than $6. I have rented from two other local apartment complexes in area and never had a bit of trouble of over a security deposit. This manager is either completely clueless or the management company likes to cheat tenants out of their money. Security deposits are not for expected wear and tear. Security deposits are for DAMAGE. I should have taken them to small claims court for breach of contract for their non working appliances in the apartment instead of being a decent person and just dealing with situation.
If location is important, then Jasmine Cove is perfect for you. It's close to downtown Simpsonville, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, and schools. For entertainment there is a movie theater, bowling center, and the amazing Heritage where many events are held each year. The apartments are clean, and very well maintained, and you have the option of having a garage. There is a great sense of community here. During my year here, there have been several events for the community to mix and mingle and get to know each other. Everyone is very friendly, and we have not had any problems with our neighbors. I give the apartments 5 stars, for cleanliness, security, and the staff here is amazing. Whenever we have any problems, they respond quickly and fix whatever problem we have. I didn't think I would like living in apartments, but I absolutely love it here. I would recommend it to anyone.
