Property Ratings at Jasper
So grateful for the current management team here at Jasper. They work hard to create a sense of community, safety, and a nice place to call home. The location is great and the apartments are spacious and well designed. All in all a good place to live!
I have lived at Jasper for 2 years now and honestly never want to move! We have everything we need here for amenities, the people in the office and maintenance team are all so nice and helpful, and the rooms are all updated and new!
Estamos muy contentos, es una comunidad muy segura tranquila y con una excelente administración
Bob and I have so enjoyed are stay at Jasper. The office staff have always been hands on to help with any and all of our concerns which have been few. This is a place you feel safe and gives you all of the amenities you need to stay happy and healthy, but at the same time watches out for there residence’s. We have been so satisfied with our home here. Thank you!??
Jasper is a beautiful complex that we are blessed to call our home. Grateful for our welcoming staff that are speedy to respond and kind to their residents. They are a professional, fun & happy group which makes a big difference in a resident’s experience. We love it here!
The Jasper is two years old, with great amenities (pool, sport court, gym, etc.). This property is well located relative to freeway access and major shopping and entertainment center.
The staff are always willing to help and do all in the power to resolve issues. Waste/ debris around the proper is great considering that it can never be 100% perfect all the time. Have no issues with noise and neighbors and respectful.
I love living at jasper apartments. Calm environment.
The Jasper Community is a safe family environment. The community management staff provides informational newsletters to apartment dwellers.
Be even better experience once the basketball hoops are up & more chiks are out in bikini's. Love the Jasper experience . I have been a tenant since Dec 2020 & have not been kicked out yet. One of the perks of paying my rent on time. Clean Apartments, Great Staff that smiles, is friendly, & handles issues quickly. Thank you Team
Love my new home, staff is so sweet and extremely helpful.
Enjoy the wonderful amenities, stylish interiors, proximity to work and shopping, and the staff are always kind and helpful. Thanks Jasper!
Fantastic place to live! The maintenance and leasing office crew are top-notch and extremely helpful. I feel very welcome and safe living in the community and it’s very quiet.
Staffs are always friendly. Looks like management are always busy keeping the building well maintained.
I have lived here at Jasper apartments for over a year! Very enjoyable experience I love it here!
Living at Jasper has been a very welcoming experience. The staff is very friendly and care about the residents and property. They are constantly working on improving the property, and create activities to get the residents involved and to get to know each other. I highly recommend living here.
Although the apartment itself was lovely and very modern feeling, I decided to move out after one year at this complex for many reasons, mostly regarding the management of the complex. Management really went downhill after it switched from Greystar to Roundhouse mid-lease. The final straw for me is that the new management is totally fine with raising the rent for a 1br apartment by $400 in one year, almost 40%, which is not affordable for the average person. I was given a "discount" of $100 off "market" so instead of going up $500, they were "generous" enough to only raise it by $400. Pros: - Modern, clean design in apartment - In-unit washer and dryer - Close to the Village/shopping/entertainment/the freeway - Lots of storage - Little to no sound from neighbors Cons: - Management is more worried about things "looking tacky" than about their residents' comfort - Management would rather do "events" such as bringing in a food truck once a month than reduce rents. I'd rather have cheaper rent than a few dollars worth of free food each month. - Carport not included with apartment, non-reserved parking is sparse - Management cannot figure out how to properly charge for carports or utilities (over- or undercharging monthly) - Any guests (even if only overnight) must get a parking pass or risk being ticketed/towed - The AC/heating unit is right in the entryway and is extremely loud, so much that you cannot hear anything else (including TV or radio) when it is running - Bathroom fans are very loud and on an automatic sensor that seems to think there is always a shower running and is always turning on and being a nuisance. - There are not enough dumpsters so they are almost always overflowing, with refuse blowing around the complex constantly. Management seems to want to do nothing to fix this. - They took most of my deposit for cleaning fees that weren't listed in my lease, even though I spent literally HOURS cleaning the apartment before I left. If they MUST professionally clean the apartments between tenants, it does not seem like that should come at the expense of residents, but should be a part of their cost of doing business. Do hotels charge you after your stay for their housekeeping services? No, because that is the cost of doing business. There are other complexes in the same area offering more amenities, better management, less hassle, and cheaper prices. I chose to go to a better complex, and I recommend others do the same.
Maintenance is easy to work with and get the job done quickly.
Worst apartments! You would expect new appliances, but even the guy that fixes them says every build has been worked in because they are old. Our dish washer had rotten motor which we never even used. Managment is the worst they make you feel stupid. They can’t keep all there files in one place. They lie straight to your face and refuse to be wrong. Trash bins are the worst people can’t seek to learn how to use them and put the trash where it belongs. Dogs poop everywhere and people don’t pick them up. Managment also doesn’t seem to car that people pay for parking and follow the rules while others park for free anywhere in random places. They also raise rent 400$ for everyone with only a month notice before renewal lease is up. Honestly this place is just horrible as nice as it seems not worth your money. Appliances are old, Managment is just as bad! Avoid if you can but if you must then you better be ready to have nothing fix for almost 3 months. Make sure you also keep copies of everything because they are great and loosing things and make changes on their own when ever they like!
HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moved in Friday May 14th did not have keys ready or fobs. Walked into my new apartment for the first time , the place was filthy trash everywhere , cabinets still had food and trash(DIRTY TUPPERWARE). Inside bathroom was filthy, left over toilet paper and rolls that were used under sink. hair inside bathroom drawers and tooth paste stains all over the cabinets, shower and tub were stained with hard water and soap scum, and found nails and staples on the floor and in the carpet .Mgmt acknowledged that they forgot to clean it prior to me moving in. Terminated Lease on May18th and still am owed a refund of $234.68 that I have confirmed in an email from Mgmt. now 6/15 still no check, and am being GHOSTED by this Apartment and Greystar. WARNING - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
While the locaiton etc may be tempting, watchout for signing up for these apartments. Management is taking the applicaiton and promising delivery of the apartment even though they have not delivering the lease for past one month, saying they need CO ... Signup for other locaitons if you need peace of mind..
