We rented for a year lease. Excellent renters, paid rent on time, no violations. At move out- they didn’t complete the inspection for 3 weeks until after we moved out. Charged us for “ dust on blinds”, and scratches in the countertops and they had to replace entire countertops because of it. Yet, we lived with water damaged ceiling for months after a rain storm. And, our screen door was broken more than it worked during our lease. I have a move out video to prove these charges are bogus and we are fighting them. Please, do not stay here.

By far the worst place I have ever lived! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The office staff will do anything to avoid assisting you. They often blame their poor service and care for residence on lack of staff... The last apartment complex I lived in regularly operated with only three office staff and more residence. Enough. I am counting the months until I move out. Primarily because of the office staff. Do not get me started on the condition of the apartments and the state my apartment was given to me when I moved in! Believe the pictures that residence post. The photos provided by the apartment are so doctored up. Please do not be fooled like I was.

If the maintenance happens in the apartment around you, No notice given to you. Drilling happening over your head, no notice. Reason given by property office "Its not quite hours, we don't owe you a notice". Lucky me I am out of here next week.

When moving out, they wouldn’t let me turn in my keys the evening before my move out day due to some incredibly STUPID policy they have. I had to cancel my plans, stay in town another day, just to walk in their front office for five seconds to turn in the keys and they said with a smile “you’re all set”... needless to say I probably closed their front door a bit hard on my way out. Between the mostly young, inexperienced management who will in no way help you out and the vandalism and theft mentioned in other reviews, you’re better off finding somewhere else to live.

Been living here over a year, and my cars have been vandalized in the resident only parking lot here 5 times as of today. Every time you go talk to the office, they just say file a police report, it's not their problem, and they can't help. No cameras in the parking lot and no one cares to help. First incident someone hit my front bumper, bent the bumper and took off paint, the next 4 times someone poured a dark soda on my car during the night. The office only suggested someone I knew was vandalizing my car, which isn't logical considering we're new to Dallas, none of our Dallas friends know where we live and we don't know anyone else in the apartments. I'm 100% sure it's someone living in the apartments. Poor quality of people living here and poor management that will only push you away. Moving out as quickly as possible.

I would not suggest anyone to Leave in this community. There are 2 receptionist or managers who don't know anything about customer service. For every question you have one answer WE HAVE A COMPANY POLICY!!!. They just want to get money out of you that's all they are there for.
Worst apartments we have ever lived in and we have rented for the last seven years in various southern states. Honestly. They have break-ins constantly in both bottom floor apartments and cars, and they still want to charge you for every little thing. $50 if you leave anything on your patio, $50 if they come in for an inspection and you don't kennel your pets for the 9 hours you are gone during the four days they say they MIGHT come in. They split all water charges for the month between the apartments, so even if you are conservative with water, it's $75 a month and I'm used to paying under $20. The management here is absolutely ridiculous and rude. We have called maintenance a countless number of times in our first few months because the garbage disposal keeps breaking, the bathroom pipes leak onto the floor, the blinds are broken, etc. In these supposedly "newly renovated" apartments. Small side note: People walk around outside at night with their small children. I fully support a family getting fresh air and exercise, especially when they are spending time with their children, but this is at 10-12pm. After quiet hours and obviously passed bedtime because the children are literally screaming and crying outside while I'm trying to sleep. We will not be renewing. Please don't move here unless you absolutely have to.
I had lived at Jefferson Creek for a little over two years until me and my husband were able to move into our first house. Our two-bedroom was the perfect size for us and our two pups! Plus, we enjoyed to take the dogs for a walk along the river after work and let them meet the other dogs in the community. The location of Jefferson Creek is great - you're pretty much a short drive away from everything and there's great restaurants in the area that's easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment in this area!
These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in, including my first complex out of college. They take weeks to fix anything and try to tell you its fixed when they didn't do anything. They seem to sit around (not fixing apartments) dreaming up new ways to charge fees, every little thing they threaten a fine. NOT MOVE IN!!! They don't even deserve one star.
I scheduled an appointment with Roselyn on Monday March 13 for Friday March 17 at 12:30. I arrived and said I had an appointment. The staff was clueless. The lady looked at me like I completed interrupted her. No one offered to tour me through the complex, made absolutely no attempt in trying to accommodate me, and they were rude. I left abruptly. When I got back to work, I called the complex to complain. The lady who answered the phone acted as if that never happened and never said she would do anything about it. In fact, she had the nerve to ask me to come back. I would stay far away from this complex. They obviously do not care about future tenants. They make no attempt at accommodating future tenants. It makes you wonder how they treat their tenants.

We stayed at Jefferson Creek for close to 2 years. The management team and the staff at this community has been attentive, approachable, always polite and very friendly. They have been really helpful and prompt in taking care of all the requests and concerns raised, we were even diligently followed for our feedback post EACH work completion! The maintenance team is fast and did very good job of attending the work order requests carefully. Apart from Jefferson Creek being so close to all of our favorite stores and restaurants (some even walking distance!), its close to state highways too, making it easier to get to anywhere in the DFW-FW metroplex in minutes. What we enjoyed most in the apartment itself was the great, beautiful view of the creek, felt so close to nature! The apartment had oversized tub, large private patio with gorgeous creek view. The community pool is luxurious and has varying depth. And the hot tub was a great plus for relaxation! Jefferson creek will be our first choice to come back whenever we have an opportunity in future! And I will recommend anyone this apartment.

The apartments are on the larger side, so they tend to demand a higher price, although more affordable than most in the area. The available options are great with large open floor plans, nice fixtures, and appliances. Faux Wood/vinyl flooring and Faux granite counters are mostly standard. Newer appliances throughout, with updated A/C control units. Larger Garden tubs in the 2 bedroom master suites, with spacious closets to boot. Very rarely if ever do we have issues with anything outside of the unavoidable power outage or a noisy neighbor. The staff here, though sometimes revolving, are always kind and helpful. They maintain the location very well and have great office hours, as well as a website for all emergencies. They are also very fast to act on all repair or maintenance issues. There is an on site security/peace officer that is also a member of the Irving Police department. They have washer dryer hook ups in all but the efficiency apartments, but have an on site laundry mat as well for those without. They also offer loaners at charge. The water bill is a collective type, so It tends to fluctuate month to month despite personal usage. There is also a mandatory trash service that is picked up from your doorstep Sunday-Thursday 8pm-9pm, at an extra $20 to your monthly bill (trash can provided). The mailbox is central to the main road (MacArthur) and makes for an easy pick up/drop off daily. Garages are also available for an extra $50/month. All resident specific parking is covered, though not all parking spots are. Sometimes parking later in the evening can be rough, if all the covered spots are taken. They do have a towing company that takes care of most non-residents parking in the wrong spots, so a warning to all family and friends. It's in the center of the Irving business district. It's a great location inside of the more preferred area of Irving (las Colinas). There are plenty of great restaurants, and awesome entertainment, some in walking distance. It's central to all major Highways in the DFW area. The airport is only 15-20 minutes away, and everything in DFW is within an hour tops. There are several parks within walking distance, and this area is very safe and clean. However, It's not the greatest place for a family. Its very congested, and more suited for the single living style. You deal with the heavy traffic during Monday-friday lunch hour, but on weekends its a ghost town.
I love that I am able to walk just downstairs and there is a dog walking area with multiple receptacles for cleaning up after my pet. Trash pick up is simple and worth the monthly 25 dollars. I have not heard any loud parties/noisy neighbors and am happy to see mothers taking their babies for walks at 7 or 8. There are no assigned parking spots but you don't need one since there are enough available to where you can find one close to your building. The staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a good apartment. It's no luxury apartment, but I think it's competitively priced. Great neighborhood.
I've been living here for over a year now, and I can say the maintenance staff at Jefferson Creek is the best! Things get done within 48 hours of requesting, even when it's a minor issue. But for larger issues, they work quick to get things done! This summer, our air conditioner was not working right, and they ended up replacing the whole thing! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place centralized to everything!
The apartment community/complex is s right in the center.. The commute to my office is about 5 minutes.. The management is friendly. The location is great for foodies!!! There are about 5 or 6 restaurants with different cuisines right on the opposite side of the road :D The staff tries to keep the common areas in the complex neat And you can sometimes see tiny bunnies.. squirrels all over the place..
