So far it has been a pretty good experience. Parking is definitely a struggle sometimes. Also the key fobs and gates don’t work sometimes with the app. But I enjoy my apartment and it’s very modern and nice.

The sales staff are awesome, and the apartments are nice, however, the maintenance team needs to learn how to communicate with residents. The A/C has been out at my apartment for over 7 days now. The maintenance guy thought he fixed it on the second day and then cancelled my request without asking me if the A/C has been fixed. I emailed them and called them, and they don't seem to care to remedy the situation.... Also, if you come home after 8-9 at night, it is hard to find parking without having to walk a distance..

Love everything about this apartment except the price. It is a little pricey but I guess everything is expensive a the moment but other than that it’s great!

The move was very nice and easy. The leasing staff is very nice. So far I can’t complain about anything! My building has been quiet which is nice.

Love my apartment and the staff here. The Monthly Events are always so fun and we get to met our cool neighbors. The negative , which no one can control are loud people that party on their balconies thru the early mornings. That’s just apartment life.
Moved over from Germany and Kim and Alex made sure we were taken care of. Not once did I feel any doubts/concerns throughout the moving process! Great location, great complex, and great staff!!

I have been living at Jefferson Creek Apartment for one month, and I can confidently say it has been an incredible experience! The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and well-kept common areas that create a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The layout is perfect, and I love the natural light that fills my home. The maintenance team is quick to respond and always friendly, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly. The location is fantastic close to shopping and dining, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Plus, the neighbors are friendly, creating a sense of community that is hard to find elsewhere. My dog loves all his pawriends. Lindsay and Kim made it extremely easy to have our place ready for move-in day. I highly recommend Jefferson Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. It truly feels like home!
It’s okay. Parking sucks. And this is suppose to be a “non-smoking” community but it’s not. Residents will sit right on their patio and smoke … and having a small child, the second has smoke sucks.
Great apartment complex and amazing staff! They are very helpful and always there when you need them. We initially moved into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath but upgraded 6 months in to a 3 bedroom with a yard and absolutely love it!
Good facility mostly kept clean with very little to no noise complaints, gym is nice and clean and pool area well maintained. Only thing I'd change would be at least one assigned parking spot per apartment.

I’ve only been living here for about a month and I am not happy. For the price per month, I’m not sure how I am able to hear the people below or above me constantly!! I can’t quite figure out exactly just yet where it is coming from because there is no one living beside me so it has to be above or below; but I can hear their FULL conversations when I am in my room. I understand it’s an apartment, but I’ve never experienced this before. I hear them in my room, while I’m in the bathroom as well as when I am in my closet. These walls are far too thin for the price Jefferson charges per month. Also the parking is not great; not understanding why there is EV charging in the front of the buildings, but rarely any handicap accessible parking spaces. I will not be renewing my lease; starting to regret moving here.
Apartment is nice but people smoke weed around and trash things. There are a lot of parties/ragers. Noisy music, people scream and holler overnight and the crowd gets out of control.
Moved in about a month ago and have had the best experience. Gorgeous community. Great staff and maintenance is on their game 10/10 would recommend

It's a good community. Still can be improved but overall happy with what I have seen. Good play areas to explore and hang out within the community. Good management team following up on work orders for the apartment. Overall a good community.
Community is excellent for living. Amenities are the best! I love the Gym center! I also like to be at the swimming pool at the end of my work day to relax. It’s amazing!

The leasing team and amenities at JFC are amazing. However, I can only give 4/5 stars due to the property management and poor response time with addressing issues.
Been here over a year now and still love it. Staff and management have been great since day one. Maintenance is always completed in a timely matter when you put a service request in as well.

Nice area, beautiful apartments and amenities, But leasing agents and managers are liars and do not keep their word. They pass you from one person to the next and give you the run-a-round. Even dodge your calls and emails. Not happy with this company.

My experience with living in Jefferson Fossil Creek is a 6 out of 10. And I say that to say, the walls and floors are not properly insulated. You should not be able to hear your neighbors conversations thru the walls. Other than that, I love the staff and maintenance crew! Very prompt when it comes to residents needs.
After touring a few other apartments, we decided on Jefferson Fossil Creek. There were a number of reasons but one of the main ones was the feeling of security. There are locked gates and doors that can only be opened by using a fob key. We love feeling safe and secure.
Very nice apartments, the amenities are great. The staff always keeps the whole complex well kept and clean. As well they host fun events for everyone
