Property Ratings at Jefferson Grove
Went up to the place to ask some questions and see if i can schedule a tour or fill out a application. First: it took a solid 5 minutes for anyone acknowledge that i was in the building. Second: The lady working looked angry that i had walked in. The first think she asked me was how much I made a month then said I make too much to live here and told me to look somewhere else.
I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I emailed and called and left messages and no one ever got back to me. It really sucks because it is in the perfect area for work and I was super excited for my first apartment.
Office Staff was very nice and helpful! Community is very nice and quiet family oriented feeling.
I was so scared to apply, but Ms. Bessie and Kim made me felt very comfortable during this process. I will move in on 10/31/19. I am looking forward to move to this beautiful property.
It’s been almost 2 months since I applied. I haven’t heard anything from the leasing agent. A complete waist of time and effort. I will look else where! It’s sad that they are already giving this newly developed complex a bad name.
The office staff was very helpful and pleasant assisting me with my transition to move .. Very professional
The property is gorgeous but the staff is a little unpleasant and very rude. I went there to apply and I was given a date and time to come back the following week. Showed up 10 mins early and they scheduled no appointment for me. Which was very frustrating because I called off of work just to handle this matter. They seemed like they didn't care whatsoever. Why would they hire employees that's going to ruin the company name already? I will be reaching out to Corporate
The leasing team is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful . They will give you seven different move in dates If you can get past them to finally get an apartment. They don’t want to help you at all. They don’t want to work. I’m almost wondering if it’s worth the great prices. Is that what I’d have to deal with when I need a problem resolved from the leasing office?
