Property Ratings at Jefferson Pointe
I've been wanting to post a review on this guy for a month, but I would forget his name by the time I sat down. Gene has been responding to my maintenance requests consistently and promptly for the last 60 days (I have only been here 82 days). He is always courteous, efficient, very polite and very skilled. Thanks Gene!!! I am really loving the quality of care the whole management team provides. Sharon always responds to any correspondence with a warm reply (yes emails can convey emotions - so be careful how you write). Maintenance has responded to nearly every request I submitted with in 24 hours!!. I moved here after 19 years of homeownership where I controlled the maintenance. It's nice to be some place where they match my standards but I don't have to do the work!!
Well this is not the first time my rental staff worked together to accommodate my issues.Sharon,Jennifer,Yelitza are the leasing consultants and they are always on point when I have a concern,they work really well with each other it’s almost like a domino’s effect and when that happens here comes Maintenance Mr.Asher and Mr.Michael to complete the issue at hand ??.Thank You
These apartments needs some serious upgrades and the maintenance team is awful they take several months to fix or service your apartment when you put a work order in. My patio handle been broken for months, black substance coming from both bathroom sinks /bathtubs , mold, leaking ceiling in the kitchen. Also beware of the big cockroaches and other insects crawling in the apartment!!! Certain neighbors allows their children to run up and down the floor all day and night literally shaking the entire ceiling no respect for neighbors living underneath them!!! Main office staff is horrible you can barely get any help from them in regards to service but will call you pertaining to money!!! I highly don’t recommend this place you’re better off going somewhere else for your money !!! Whoever rent from here good luck to you!!
Ofcourse everywhere has it’s good and bad. I’ve been here for 3 years and honestly I love it. Maintenance can do better but I’ve never had any major issues. If i have complaints I send out my emails and take needing action to make sure something is done and i always end up with good results. Where I live is quiet and respectful never had any issues with my neighbors. The apartment itself i love it , spacious nice and affordable. I have two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. I have no complaints with the apartment itself . I would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Oh they do not have a clubhouse I was a little disappointed about that because i thought i could throw my son a bday party there since we live here but it hasn’t been open in a while.
I can honestly say this is the worst apartment I have EVER lived in! Maintenance would take forever to respond to things breaking. The upstairs neighbors that constantly smoked weed that would come down through the vents, we complained multiple times and nothing was ever done. The same upstairs neighbors would stomp and run in the apartment all hours of the day and they also wouldn’t do anything about it. There were people selling drugs out of the top floor apartment so there were always strange people coming and going. We killed at least 3-5 cockroaches and spiders a day. One time the exterminator came while we were home, came in placed a paper on the counter that they sprayed but I know they didn’t, we were right in the bedroom. The people in the office are so mean and nasty. They tried to charge us for things to be fixed when we moved out but we were that at the walkthrough and they said nothing would need to be fixed or replaced and we would get our whole deposit back. I fought it and they found I was right, we got our entire deposit back. Run as far away as you can from this apartment!
We had water leaking from our ceiling back in the summer. It's now January, and the ceiling is starting to grow mold, and despite pleads and multiple reminders, the front office hasn't done anything. We had an over flowing washing machine on the first of the year, and the carpets got soaked. I called and left messages on the emergency number, and no one came. Thanks to some quick thinking on our part we were able to shut off the water and shot vac the water, but there's still 10sqft of carpet that is just a puddle. Despite face to face communicate, where I was assured something would be done, nothing has happened. This was 3 days ago. I'm thinking of going legal action.
This is a very quiet and affordable apartment complex with the best staff. It's within minutes of great restaurants and shopping. The common areas are always maintained and the pool area is always a great place to relax. The living areas are very spacious, comfortable and the maintenance staff is very fast and reliable. It is a very nice hidden gem.
