Gahanna has worked hard to become known as more than just a suburb of Columbus. The local schools get excellent ratings and the crime rate is quite low, making Gahanna a very appealing place for folks raising families.
Gahanna’s position just northeast of Columbus proper allows residents to easily reach the bigger city’s attractions, including the Ohio State University campus, the Columbus Zoo, and of course the endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Less than fifteen minutes from downtown Columbus by car, Gahanna apartments are close enough to be a convenient home base for commuters as well.

Property Ratings at Jefferson Pointe
To being with, they do not give tours before you sign the lease. They also never answer the office phone so good luck getting ahold of anyone. Safiya also never responds to emails. If you need something fixed, good luck. I’ve been here for the past two years and still have things that have never been fixed since I moved in and when maintenance does come they barely fix things correctly. Pool is never open. Trash always piles around, walls are super thin you can literally hear your neighbors talk. Water bill is split with three units and you always get random bills with no proof or bills being sent late and you getting charged a late fee for them being late. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. If I were you I would look elsewhere but if you’re looking for a place that just collects your money at the end of every month and does not care to even communicate with you then this is the perfect place for you! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. There is a new Management Company that has taken over Jefferson Pointe. We welcome you to please stop by and see all the changes that has been made. We offer tours before anything is signed, we have changed the water billing. It is now a fix rate, no more guesses on how much to pay and it is always on the same date.
