For the rent price you can find way better maintained properties in the area that are newer with better amenities as well. They charge 18 dollars a month for a trash service that is a rented uhual and two guys that are never on time or don't show up. Due to this, there is constantly trash blowing around the property. I have also complained for over a year about the upkeep of the dog stations. They are overflowing and smell awful during the summer. They never have bags either as result there's dog poop everywhere. The walls are very thing you can hear everything your neighbor does and the office is no help with noise control either. This property is also gated but the gates never seem to work. I would say your money is better spent somewhere else.

Be prepared to receive a big fat tickets after you move out. To be fair, some management staff are helpful and nice (Thank you, Lacy, Heather, and some maintenance staff.). However, a month after moving out, I received a letter from them charging me $960 for replacing the whole carpet. I have been cleaning and vacuuming the home on weekly basis during my one year stay, and returned the home to them in tidy and clean condition. Yet they claim that the carpet has lost 6-7 year life during my 1-year stay in this apartment. Totally ridiculous, I have lived in multiple placed across the United States in the past 8 years, and this is the first time I ever received such a notice.

Aside from the scenery, you pay too much to have to hear every step your neighbor takes. We asked the office to attempt to resolve it. It has since turned into stomping and we are told they can't do anything about it even when it's happening at 2-3 a.m. No walk through prior to signing the lease even after asking several times. We were told it was being redone and then they surprise us with poor work and an attitude when we tried to point out our issues. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING HERE!!

So right now I'm giving this apartment complex a 5 star rating for a few reasons. 1- the front staff have been extremely friendly and personable every time I've spoken to them. 2- the amenities are on point, especially considering we're in the middle of Covid. 3- any maintenance issue has been resolved extremely quickly as well as emailing me what they did to fix the issue. If this keeps up I'll be here for awhile :)

I lived at Jefferson Pointe for 5 years. I would not recommend living there to anyone. Management refused to update the unit even though it was very dated. It runs right next to highway 69 so traffic is terribly loud! Maintenance is slow to respond to any requests. Again management is horrible and would NOT recommend!!!

I haven't been able to enjoy a peaceful nap ever since I moved in at this property due to the loud creaking sound that I have to hear every time my upstair neighbor decides to walk. To make matters worse, someone is always home upstairs, and there's no break from creaking sound. I have lived in afirst floor apartment before, and yes its true you can hear the neighbor walking because thats just part of an apartment living. However, loud, creaking sound every time they walk is another issue, which I'd expect at some cheap, run down place, not at a complex where the rent is in four digits for single bedroom apartment. I complained about this when I first moved in, and the office said they could fix it. However, nothing was done and they minimized it as a problem that comes with apartment living. I dream of the day my lease expires so I can vacate. You don't know how exhausting this problem is until you realize you can't even take an occasional afternoon nap on your day off because the creaking sound is so loud it will wake you up, and neighbor upstairs apparently loves to walk around their apartment throughout the day and even during a middle of the night.

When I stayed here a year ago, I had the Tuscany Walkout layout. The apartment itself is spacious. The flooring, bathroom counter, and cabinets look a little dated but the build quality is nicer than some of the newer apartments. Although spacious (900 sq ft), you need to keep in mind that you are losing some square footage with the stairs and laundry room (not super usable square footage). My electric bill was low since I was on the bottom floor. The backdoor had a slight gap (wasn't weatherproofed very well), so it allowed various bugs, including spiders to get into the apartment. The management company was accommodating in that they sprayed my apartment multiple times because of my spider issue. There was never a delay whenever I create a maintenance ticket. When they sprayed for pests, it would alleviate my issue for a couple weeks but then the spiders would return. I ended up taping the back door shut and laying various spider/bug traps to help with the issue. My apartment was a little dark given the fact that it was on the bottom floor, but it overlooked the creek which is nice addition. Also, since the apartment was on the bottom floor, the humidity level gets pretty high during the summer. I had to run a dehumidifier during the summer. Parking was never an issue since the other apartments in the building had a garage. Staff was always nice and friendly. I would probably stay here again if the price was right, but I wouldn't pick a ground floor apartment because of the bug/spider issue.

We lived here for a total of almost 5 years. Whenever it was time for the lease renewal, they never sent us the updated renewal terms on time. We contacted them through email and in person several times but they were always very late. It didn't bother us too much all these years since we ended up renewing the lease. This year, the exact same thing happened. They sent us the renewal terms less than 60 days from the lease expiry date even though I reminded them a couple of times in person to send that to us early so that we can decide. We took a week to respond that we will not be renewing the lease this time. To our surprise and dismay, now that we have moved out, they charged us extra since we didn't give them the 60 days notice on time because of their fault. I will NOT recommend this community and their incompetent and unprofessional management to anyone.

Our trained and professional management team takes great pride in making our residents feel at home. When our residents decide to move, we do require a notice to vacate and each resident is notified of such at time of signing their lease with us and we give several reminders prior to any offer that your renewal is coming up. In our reminders we let our residents know that if they will not be planning on staying with us that a proper notice will need to be filled out in the office. We encourage you to speak with our management of any of your concerns and hope that after 5 years of residency you would rate us differently.
Pros: 1) I really love this place because of their maintenance . 2) If someone moved to country for first time , mainly from ASIA region , its is the god place because of Asian markets 3)Entry and Exit to I69 Highway the best cons: 1) Complaints on maintenance works are taken it for granted by saying "technicians not available from one week , two weeks and three etc .. :) . but dont worry , as they are not giving hard time to everyone and some times we have to understand their contracts too as tenants . finally , when we are renting a house " we should always accept or prepare for fewthings " which will give us comfortable mindset to live .
