Loving this complex! Kim was a huge help in getting setup and it’s pretty and very safe. Location is convenient to most of Fort Worth and the greater metroplex.

Overall it hasn't been bad, some things have changed since I originally moved here almost a year and a half ago. The aesthetics of the unit is still nice to me, this definitely fit my original wants when I moved here.

I love living here, I enjoy the resident events, the amenities! I’ve made life long friends living here and I am looking forward to renewing my lease!

My girlfriend and I have had a fantastic experience at Jefferson Fossil Creek! When Ms. Kim gave us a tour last year, she provided a detailed and honest overview of the apartment complex and community, which we truly appreciated. Now that we’ve been here for a year, we can confidently say we love our home. The amenities are excellent, our apartment is spacious, and we’ve had no issues with noise throughout the complex. One standout feature is the valet trash service, which runs seven days a week—something we haven’t seen at many other communities. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, and I’m happy to give a 5-star review. I would definitely recommend Jefferson to others!

Love the amenities this community has to offer. The apartment is pretty clean, the neighborhood is quiet, and the leasing staff is always readily available to help with any needs.

The staff and property have went down hill since the new management. The app doesn’t work to unlock the doors. There is vandalism the maintenance does not do Anything we continue to have in relived issues. Staff does not respond.

Loud and no parking it’s so bad .. I can barely find a parking spot and sometimes even have to park by other buildings it’s terrible . Dogs barking all day and night and you can hear EVERY noise upstairs and in the hall ways

I love my new home. It’s so beautiful and the amenities and staff is awesome. I love the reward system monthly and community actives are unmatched??

I love this property, the staff is very friendly. The amenities are fabulous and I love the events they host monthly. If you’re looking for a new place to call home this is it!

The office isn’t that helpful and they do not follow up or respond to requests but it’s a nice clean safe and modern place to live. I’m on my 2nd lease and will probably sign another.

Love it here!!! Amenities are always well kept. Pool is always clean, even in the winter. Staff is amazing!!! Somewhat feels like a resort!!

I love living in this community!!! Everyone is so kind and respectful; I have been living here for half of the year and there’s still not thing make me upset!!

We love it here. Most importantly we appreciate the staff. All the maintenance team especially make living here so much more enjoyable! Our neighbors are kind, it's relatively quiet. Dog owners don't always clean up after their pups but I'd say that's the worst thing and that's not so bad

Was looking for a spacious place to settle in after being on the road for a couple of years. Found this to be a great place to live. Good neighbors, and the amenities are top shelf.

Just moved in January 18th, so far everything seems cool. Front gate don’t close, building door don’t lock but other than that everything seems fine. 10/10 basically ????

These apartments are newer and have that feeling. The front office has helped with everything they can. It is safe, feels safe, only issue I can say is the yards on some apartments won’t grow grass and the parking situation. I wish covered parking and / or garage weren’t so expensive. I work at night and get home late. I have to always park at the front of the complex and walk to my building which is the furthest.

All I can say is that I will not be renewing my lease. And I will not recommend these apartments to anyone. Living here has not been a good experience since moving here in July. I have stated many times how thin the walls are. I go into my living room or to my car at times to talk on the phone because I don’t want my conversations to be heard. What’s the point in living here if you don’t have any real privacy? The people who live above me are extremely noisy throughout the day/night making it hard for me to work and study for classes; just a huge inconvenience and nothing is ever done about it. I’m tired of expressing these concerns, I’m just counting down the days my lease is up.

Great looking, modern apartments at a reasonable price in a nice community. Pretty much everything I was looking for! The amenity fee is on the higher side, but the gym, pool, and other amenities and high-speed internet (1 gigabit fiber connection) are included in that so it's worth it.

Great atmosphere & great employees! The apartment is definitely phenomenal and I couldn’t ask for better assistance through my whole application and process moving in.

Property manager unhelpful and rude. Placed several noise complaints and have not received anything helpful in response. We will not recommend this community to anyone

So far it has been a pretty good experience. Parking is definitely a struggle sometimes. Also the key fobs and gates don’t work sometimes with the app. But I enjoy my apartment and it’s very modern and nice.

The sales staff are awesome, and the apartments are nice, however, the maintenance team needs to learn how to communicate with residents. The A/C has been out at my apartment for over 7 days now. The maintenance guy thought he fixed it on the second day and then cancelled my request without asking me if the A/C has been fixed. I emailed them and called them, and they don't seem to care to remedy the situation.... Also, if you come home after 8-9 at night, it is hard to find parking without having to walk a distance..

Love it here.I would recommend living at Jefferson fossil Creek.And even better they allow your pets like most apartments don’t they will allow it.

I have never experienced such a smooth transition from the application process to the approval and even my move-in. The staff was friendly and prompt in reviewing my application and completing my authorization. To add the icing on top, they even threw in the six weeks free for me.

Love everything about this apartment except the price. It is a little pricey but I guess everything is expensive a the moment but other than that it’s great!

The move was very nice and easy. The leasing staff is very nice. So far I can’t complain about anything! My building has been quiet which is nice.

Love my apartment and the staff here. The Monthly Events are always so fun and we get to met our cool neighbors. The negative , which no one can control are loud people that party on their balconies thru the early mornings. That’s just apartment life.

Moved over from Germany and Kim and Alex made sure we were taken care of. Not once did I feel any doubts/concerns throughout the moving process! Great location, great complex, and great staff!!

Love it here!!! Best amenities and so clean!!! Pool and gym are never nasty and always free coffee in the lobby. Quiet community and neighbors are very respectful as well as staff.

The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The layout is perfect, and I love the natural light that fills my home. The maintenance team is quick to respond and always friendly, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly. The location is fantastic close to shopping and dining, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Plus, the neighbors are friendly, creating a sense of community that is hard to find elsewhere. My dog loves all his pawriends. Lindsay and Kim made it extremely easy to have our place ready for move-in day. I highly recommend Jefferson Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. It truly feels like home!

It’s okay. Parking sucks. And this is suppose to be a “non-smoking” community but it’s not. Residents will sit right on their patio and smoke … and having a small child, the second has smoke sucks.

Great apartment complex and amazing staff! They are very helpful and always there when you need them. We initially moved into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath but upgraded 6 months in to a 3 bedroom with a yard and absolutely love it!

Good facility mostly kept clean with very little to no noise complaints, gym is nice and clean and pool area well maintained. Only thing I'd change would be at least one assigned parking spot per apartment.

Great experience so far. Clean and neat facilities with excellent staff. So happy we found this place for our home. Looking forward to all the things the community has to offer.

Kim with the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the application and move-in process. This is my 1st week here but so far so good.

I’ve only been living here for about a month and I am not happy. For the price per month, I’m not sure how I am able to hear the people below or above me constantly!! I can’t quite figure out exactly just yet where it is coming from because there is no one living beside me so it has to be above or below; but I can hear their FULL conversations when I am in my room. I understand it’s an apartment, but I’ve never experienced this before. I hear them in my room, while I’m in the bathroom as well as when I am in my closet. These walls are far too thin for the price Jefferson charges per month. Also the parking is not great; not understanding why there is EV charging in the front of the buildings, but rarely any handicap accessible parking spaces. I will not be renewing my lease; starting to regret moving here.

Apartment is nice but people smoke weed around and trash things. There are a lot of parties/ragers. Noisy music, people scream and holler overnight and the crowd gets out of control.

Moved in about a month ago and have had the best experience. Gorgeous community. Great staff and maintenance is on their game 10/10 would recommend

Love the shared spaces (pool, grill area, gaming spaces) Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Been here for a little less than 39 days and the family and I are enjoying it.

It's a good community. Still can be improved but overall happy with what I have seen. Good play areas to explore and hang out within the community. Good management team following up on work orders for the apartment. Overall a good community.
