Great place to live
Someone with a grudge against this apartment building has written a dreadful, and untrue review. This is a very nice place to live. It is clean, well kept. The on-site manager keeps an eye on everything with tenant safety in mind. I have not seen a single insect of any description in more than two years. The location is convenient to just about anything in the Denver metro area. The place is not fancy, but rents are quite reasonable, all things considered. I am planning to stay for several more years.

You Will Be Sorry!
Two washers and two dryers for 22 units...with bed bugs in every apartment. The landlord tries to charge residents, up to $200.00 to pay for apartments to be sprayed. This is against the law. A registered sex offender is registered as living in apartment 303 but really lives next door. People can't move out of there fast enough. The manager has parties, sometimes until 3:00 A.M. in the commons area. He threatens people that he will kick them out if he does not like them. Drains do not drain, foul odors are in many apartments, sewage backs up into the bathtubs. Rat/mouse poop is frequently seen. He rents to a lower class of people who eventually fall for his gas lighting. One person living there did not have a garbage disposal that worked, heater did not work and the air conditioner did not work. They never got fixed.

Right at Home!
This apartment may not be the most gorgeous thing you've ever seen in your life because it's an older building but it is well maintained and it's residents are some of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. Management is amazing (you are always able to find the manager and he is so kind and understanding). You cannot live here if you are a convicted felon which is very comforting. All in all it has a wonderful community and that cozy homie feel. It is also right by a hospital but it is very quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and there are grocery stores and other activities within walking distance. My husband and I love the feel and we will definitely stay here until we get a house of our own! Really I have no complaints. It's a great place and it's very reasonable too!
