I'm new to this apartment complex, but my experiences so far have been positive. The application process was thorough, but management processed my application very quickly. They answered any questions I had in a prompt and courteous manner. Upon move-in, I was greeted by several friendly neighbors. This is a controlled access property, so I feel safe here. The grounds are well-kept with a lovely garden in the center. And the location is excellent--with Sprouts, King Soopers, and Target all within walking distance. And a Ross is opening soon. All-in-all I highly recommend Joliet Towers!

Joliet Towers is just an all-around great place to live! Great location (right behind the Gardens on Havana Mall), within walking distance to King Soopers and other great stores. It's quiet and in a lovely residential neighborhood. My neighbors are fantastic. Rent is great (much lower than other places in the same area). In other words - I love it!
