Amazing location. Quick in resolving Maintenance tickets. Friendly staff. Infinity pool right at the river walk. I do wish residents were a little better at not leaving their dog poop in the doggy area.

The hall carpets are covered with urine stains and it smells as such. Will they ever be cleaned? Overall the place is kept very clean except for the stains.

So far it has been an amazing experience. The staff is simply amazing and really make sure that any requests you need is completed in a timely manner. I love being walking distance to bars and living on the Riverwalk! Such an amazing experience. The rooftop to the infinity pool, it is amazing!
Best location in the city! Great amenities! Anywhere I want to go to in the city is within 20 minutes. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Free. Coffee.

The loud music every weekend coming from the VFW hall is enough to make us need to move. Other than that it’s a great place to live. Perfect location for lots of places to eat and things to do.

Good location but very noisy from the VFW. Elevators do not consistently work. Hall carpet is in desperate need of cleaning. The size and layout of the apartment works well for us.
The building is lovely and the people are great. I like my apartment. The view is awesome and the location could not be better. However, I used my heater for the first time and it caused my smoke alarm to go off. Not great. Also, The dog area can be super gross. folks are not picking up after their dogs. But what is the worst are the back stairs. The stairs are caked in pee and poop. Most of the black marks are from old dog urine. I know because I've had to step over big pools of pee on floors two and three and urine dripping down the stairs multiple times. I have seen them turn into gross dried urine marks and poop stuck on the steps. If the stairs were power washed and cleaned up it would be muuuch better here.
Scenic views are beautiful, enjoyed everything around this place, every person that has came to visit me nothing but compliments . Coming home from work no better place to chillax . Need to improve elevators and have more security, I know that will get addressed.
It was good. The onboarding process was fast. The apartment was clean with minimal issues. The extra cost of parking let’s you park out of the sun behind a locked gate. I have found there to be plenty of parking.
The building is nice but the repair of an elevator is taking longer than expected. However, my experience so far has been great, it is well located in the city and I can go walking to the Pearl and los Alamos.

Elevators are always broken not just one but both. I often have to walk up 6 flights of stairs and I have a problem with my knees and feet so this is very difficult especially when I have groceries/bags to carry up. The staff in the office is rude and disrespectful, not helpful and don’t answer the phone. The only real good thing about this apartment is the location

We love the location and the apartment itself; however, the elevators being broken all the time is getting old. We expected more from a luxury apartment.

Very well maintained facilities. The common areas are clean and easy to access. We feel safe and secure in the building. The complex is quiet and seems well insulated from outside noise.

Very disappointed to see how this place has gone downhill in the last year after the change of management. The fountain and fireplace in the courtyard never worked again, the elevators break down very often. Parking garage and stairwells are filthy and smelly, the once crystal clear pool is usually dirty, the fire alarm didn't go off when the fire broke out in March 2022, they stole my bicycles in two separate occasions (police report was a waste of time) I don't even think the security cameras work. Cars get broken into inside the parking garage.The access door from the street to the building does not work (anyone can just push it open and have access). I've requested maintenance to repair it with no luck. Management staff is very unresponsive and inexperienced.

I spent 2 years at Jones and Rio and overall really enjoyed my experience! There were some poor experiences, but none that weren’t related to downtown living. The staff at Jones are great and effective. Would recommend!
The location is excellent and is quite a bit cheaper than living right at the Pearl. Have only lived here for one week but it’s been a great experience so far.
I have enjoyed the time that I’ve been living at Jones and Rio. From the amenities to the staff everything is great! Location is perfect and has everything that I’m looking for in apartment living.
Location alone is a huge win!! There are so many local things to do around here and all at a walking distance. This side of the river walk is more of your San Antonio locals and some tourists since the Pearl is just up the road, but nothing compared to downtown. It’s much cleaner, nicer here and it’s also very safe. My early morning walks with my dogs to get coffee are so peaceful and helps me clear my mind for my work day. It’s been taking me a bit to adapt to apartment living coming from a house outside the city but enjoying every moment of it so far!
So far it’s been great !love the view an the energy vibe around here so ready for the downtown experience over all, absolutely love the people walking around on the river an the pups walking

Jones and Rio is community minded. They have resident functions/gatherings often….and they are FUN ?? Jones and Rio loves our pets and accommodations are at each function for our pets to join us.
Stayed for a year. Ok apartment quality. A bit more expensive than something comparable, but you pay that premium to be near the riverwalk. Used to be ok before a couple of bars across the street started pumping loud music all weekend making it painful (loud with terrible music) to sit on your balcony on those days. Zero community activities. Parking is included, underground and sometimes (thrice this year) you will not able to find a spot. With the current rent increase, found it better (economically and bigger apartment) to go across the street to a new development (there are many options)
