Property Ratings at Joseph Johns Towers
We moved here a little over a year ago, and we really like it here. It's not perfect. The maintenance team is wonderful men who will do whatever they can to help you. The place is always clean and broken things are always fixed. I can't speak for other floors, but my floor is quiet everyone stays to themselves just say hi in passing. We love the separate heating units ones in living room and one in bedroom. Plus you can't beat our view of the city especially at night. It's just gorgeous! You live near everything from Rite aide, War memorial is next door, Ideal market in the back of the building. Everything is within walking distance. I recommend this place.
I just moved into this apartment about a little over a month now. It is the perfect size for me and it even has a walk in closet. Which is something that I have wanted since I was little. The rent is $575, a little steep but everything is included except cable, internet, and phone. And if you need anything fixed the maintenance takes care of it or they call in someone. It is pretty quiet inside but outside I can not say that it is, I mean it is a city so there is going to be noise but I do not believe that it is that bad. So if you are looking for an apartment just for you or a small family without any pets this building would be perfect for you and everyone is very welcoming.
