They request a good review every time they help you with something. Property constantly had a smell from the animal urine. Within the last few months of staying here there were at least w shootings and multiple car breakins. Upon move out they began lying to my new housing management company until I had to show them that I had proof and make them correct the lie. They kept half of my security deposit saying it was heavily soiled and I have at least 100 photos proving otherwise. I emailed them for a week straight requesting a final walk through and they finally replied and declined saying no one was available on any of the days so that they can lie and keep some of my deposit.

I would give them 0 everything on this advertisement is a lie the security deposit says 200-500 but we ended up paying 4,000 and moved in august 2020 didn’t get to view the apartments before but she showed us pictures that were so nice, so when we payed for everything and got the keys we walked in and the floor was dirt the air was on but not working, the stainless still appliances are really just regular stoves with silver pain, refrigerator was rusted and stinking really bad, the balcony has dips in it where it feels unsafe for kids to be out there, you can report any problems and they will come fix it in and out in 10 mins and the next day the problem is worse. It’s not a good place to live in summer because your air conditioner is always breaking and they tell you it can only be on 78degrees or it will freeze and go out I called emergency maintenance at 12 am because it was 89 degrees in my unit and we have two kids they didn’t come until 9 am I had to take my kids to my sisters house and the apartments told me if you feel like it’s not safe call the fire department because I kept calling them. The heater doesn’t work in the winter if it’s really cold and if you do turn on the heater they said the shower will be cold so no warm unit and warm bath at the same time. The cabinets just falls apart and still no screen on my windows lucky my kid bedroom is on the balcony because of the missing window screen. no screws in the electrical outlets but I guess that nothing you can’t fix yourself according to the people that works here. Water running through the walls and leaking from the ceiling with brown bubbles, they fixed it and painted over it and next day it spread to the room they didn’t check of it was mode or anything just painted the spot and I have pictures and records of everything

I moved in 4 months ago and love my apartment. It's huge and the finishes are great. Estrella is so helpful and the Manager really cares about the community. The place is always neat and my 2 repairs were taken care of quickly. This place is great. I highly recommend.

When we arrived to move in the doors were not locked, windows wide open with no screens letting bugs and dust in. They had plenty of notice for the apartment to be ready but there was urine on the bathroom seat, hair in the shower, dust and dirt everywhere. It was visibly dirty. You could tell they had not cleaned and it was going to be 3 days before they came out to "fix it".

When I first moved in I was hopeful, that was when these apartments were managed and owned by Pinnacle. Alliance is a joke. Alliance doesn’t know a thing about quality. There is maybe one actual maintenance man running hundreds of units, leading to terribly run apartments and a lack of any sort of individualized help. You’d think the price you pay for rent would get you good service and a place to park your car. That leads me to their parking situation. Alliance thinks they’re smart for re-doing the blacktop in the parking lot, thinking that it will give the place a “luxury” appearance. If that was what they wanted they should have left it alone being that cars with dirty tires are meant to drive ON it. Fixing the sidewalks would be better, they’re embarrassing. The swimming pool is a joke-Olympic size.. for small dogs? It may also help to clean it once in a while.. Management is ok. I feel bad for both Nathan and Ana, this company has them dealing with all the complaints that comes with poorly-runned-company owned properties.
The new management Alliance is not very professional nor do they care about residents that have lived here for awhile. They just raised my rent with no justification and do not offer any specials to existing residents. They also charge you a monthly $25 fee to your rent for a trash valet service whether you use it or not. This will be my last year with them.
If I could give Joshua Hills "Luxury Condominiums" 0 stars I would. The grounds smell like urine and there is dog poop everywhere. The elevator is always broken. They leave the gate open to the public all day. While I was a resident a pitbull bit my son and I reported it and they still didn't enforce the dog leash rule. When I left they owed me my deposit and but they instead bill me after they sent me a check and now my husband and I have a collections account on our credit report. Joshua Hills management has been a nightmare to deal with. They are lazy and never address complaints or issues. Do not rent there! They are super guetto! Please take my advise or you will be sorry!
The community: ***** Five Star - Very nice! Very Quiet and Very Clean. These guys work hard to keep property up to par and looking good. The floorpans: ***** Five Star - Are phenomenal and spacey specially "The Moon". There are parts to the community that are new and old. Floorpans in the old side feel more spacey and more open but yes they are older and you will have maintenance calls. The new side has more restricted floorpans but look fancy and luxurious. Trust me hard floors, dark wood cabinets and sherwin Williams paint and you'll fall in love. Its a matter of preference but regardless what side you pick they will be Bigger, better, and more comfortable than any apartment in the area. The neighbors- ****- Four Star - They have courtesy patrol but like any other property some are dedicated and some are just on their phones. So if its the night you have dedicated patrol on duty its going to be quiet, and peaceful. On the other hand when its the not so dedicated patrol you will have young ones being loud, or some neighbors being loud. Even with loud nights they are still quiet compared to other communities i have visited my friends in. Costumer Service *** - Three Star Not the best but not the worse. They are polite , and professional but it just felt like my concerns at first were not taken serious and it took way to long to attempt to rectify the issues. I was never disrespected, but i questioned authenticity in the smiles but now a days thats everywhere you go. For example i went today to discuss with them our resolution on the AC and she did not look happy to have me there. I would give not a lower star rating but upper management came through and handled things effectively and quickly with dignity and saved the day. They are the reason i did not place a 1 star here. Reliability: ** 2- Star This is also were i struggled. AC issues all the time and not because they are bad units it just just that the largest floor plan facing the sun will have issues cooling at 100 degrees and above. This was never resolved for us but they did offer alternatives to it. Some Maintenance people will care other will not but things do get fixed. If Alex is in your unit he's a great guy and will take care of you. 5 star to him alone. Overall -- Move in! If you are used to living in apartments you will love this place its a great community its a hidden gem like someone else said. Don't think twice go and check it out.

I was pleasantly surprised by the interiors of Joshua Hills units. In addition to wood flooring throughout the spacious units (with the exception of the bedrooms and closets), there's modern sleek cabinetry throughout and upgraded appliances. My unit came with front loader washer and dryer! The bedrooms are spacious and there are ceiling fans throughout. There's also unlimited hot water! If this place was located in Summerlin or Henderson, the rent could easily go for more than double current lease price. Joshua Hills is a hidden gem.
