I lived in the Juliana for 6 years and enjoyed my time there. Once Bozzuto came in to manage the building from Greystar, changes started occurring throughout the property to improve the amenities ie. the courtyard. The staff is friendly and responsive. Domingo always has a smile on his face willing to help. I would recommend this building.

Juliana is supported by a great staff, appearance and amenities are well maintained and continually improved. It’s a bit of a walk to the path but building provides a shuttle.

The apartments are pretty spacious and have a great layout. The kitchen is sizable and the appliances are in great condition. The shared courtyard is very nice and makes the complex feel more "suburban". It is a little far from the PATH, but very close walk to the bus stops for commuting into the city.

The maintenance staff at Juliana are wonderful. They're very responsive and friendly. The new furniture and pergolas in the courtyard also create a wonderful ambiance.

Building has been doing better job about keeping things up to date and hosting events. The staff and maintenance, especially Domingo, have always been extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. The building itself is just too expensive for what we're getting. You're charge based off of the market, not how how long you've been staying here or how good of a tenant you are.

The Bozzuto team at the Juliana is so responsive, helpful and always available! In this era of rent hikes, management complaints, unresolved maintenance requests and shady practices at other properties, the Bozzuto team stands out as professional, honest and caring! Our grounds are immaculately kept and no maintenance request is ignored! The updates to our property just keep coming - new paint and carpets (!) in the hallways, new grills in the common areas, and an attention to detail throughout. We moved in about a week ago. We really love the apartment layout, the staff are really responsive, the amenities are very nice especially the courtyard. It’s quiet. We’ve already met several neighbors. For us the location is perfect because we don’t go into the city every day. It’s a bit far from the path train but the light rail is very convenient and seems to be super on time. They also have a shuttle which we haven’t tried yet. We are extremely happy with our decision to live here!

The community is friendly and nice; I love the vibe. The concierge is superb. However, the maintenance of BBQ area and the cleanliness could be enhanced. The entrance and apartment doors feel flemzy; drafts will make the doors shake and make noise in the apartment which scares my child.

I think this will be the last year that I can afford to stay at the julianna - bozutto seems set on raising the rents dramatically for everyone. staff is great, just wish there was bit less turnover. services requests are always promptly addressed so no complaints there. the 6th st side can get quite loud with other locals often out partying late at night

Large apartments that are well cared for. The maintenance staff is top notch and the front desk is friendly and helpful. Apartments are decently soundproof as well.

Juliana apartamento has a lot of differential comparing with other buldings. Also the staff are very friendly and gentle making everything easier and confortable.

Great building for families, but rent is expensive for what you get. Amenities are good, but things often break and take a long time to fix them. Love that it's one of few buildings with a playground and a dog park. Rumors of crazy rent increases for existing tenants will be what makes or breaks anyone staying.

The staff at Juliana are top notch. They're warm, friendly, and super helpful. The courtyard and on-site playground are great perks as well - very beautiful and convenient for those with small kids.

So far, our experience at the Juliana has been great. The location is great for us, the apartment is excellent and staff is stellar. We've only been here a couple of weeks, but we are very happy thus far and had a good experience with the leasing staff.

The Juliana felt like home right away. The units are clean, bright, beautiful and quiet. The amenities are SO accommodating and truly make living easy - from new appliances, washer/dryer in unit, gorgeous bathrooms, and tons of storage & closet space. The courtyard in full bloom is like having a private park & garden as your backyard! Extra points for the always friendly and helpful building staff & management team. Would recommend to anyone in Hoboken!!

Green pets and kids friently courtyard is something that makes Julian stand out from other comunities in this area, its relaxing nature and sounds of birds makes you sometimes forget you actually live in a city.
