My best friend lives at Junction 15 and last weekend when I was visiting my vehicle was towed from an area with no parking restriction signs. I spoke with the property manager, Iwona, and she told me "there was a sign but it was ripped off and put in the bushes." She went on to say that I should have looked in the bushes and seen the sign WHICH MAKES NO SENSE. She refused to help me get a refund for getting towed and was extremely rude during our conversation. I wish I could give ZERO STARS.

I really enjoyed the restaurants and things to do in downtown Plano. I looked at several apartments in downtown Plano. Junction 15 was my favorite place. Apartments have great amenities, friendly staff and love the apartment layout.

VERY animal friendly :) Convenient access to the commuter train and restaurants in downtown Plano. We don’t hear the train because we made sure to get a spot in the building opposite of the station. The building stays secure and locked. The apartment looked a little beat up when we moved in, and we had to immediately put in a few maintenance work orders. It’s still a beautiful apartment for a decent price, especially considering location.

Junction 15 is a really nice community to live in. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around within walking distance. It’s centrally located to the metroplex but doesn’t feel like you’re too overwhelmed by the city.

Price is not worth it. Security gate for parking is broken often and does not seem a priority to be fixed. My car got broken into and no one was warned of the security breach. Stairwells are dirty and smell. Rent increases, yet quality decreases.

Junction 15 staff are responsive to requests and are readily available. Maintenance, and housekeeping of common areas are good. The location offers easy access to many amenities. Negative: Many residents voicing complaints and displeasure. Elevators are worked on a lot. The apartments are nice but all builder grade materials and too many things break. (Cabinets, Trim, Toilet, AC, Dish washer) The paint is old in my unit. Making it hard to keep walls clean, and easily scuffed.

The noise has reduced over the years but the rent has gone up a bit and there is a marijuana smell recently in the hallway. The community events are always a nice touch

Love the people, great location, great neighbors/ area on 15th street. Close to sports bars, restaurants, the dart train. The downside: there aren’t any TV’s in the gym, the treadmils are okay, nothing special though (not pelaton like other local gyms). The pool is iften dirt, vert cold- even though we’ve been told it will be heated “soon”. We were told there would be a new TV installed where you could watch from the TV- we’ve been waiting 2 years- maybe next year. There are no welcome mats.. the halls aren’t cleaned regularly- so that’s a dirty mess.

Community needs improvement on making all their residents feeling comfortable and welcome. Work needs to be done on the parking and location is ok, but seems to be unsafe due to solicitation.

Staff is great, apartments are great, the only complaints I have is residents not picking after their dogs, there's so much dog poop everywhere, and parking in garage can be difficult as spots can fill up really quickly when coming back from work and big trucks and SUVs parking in spots too small for them.

It’s a very nice community with many things to do in the area. All the neighbor residents were very friendly and welcoming. Application process and set up were very easy . Only issue is that parking garage is quite small and quite difficult to park in with a larger car.

So far, it's been awesome, moved in two weeks ago and I am liking my area of the building. Parking sometimes is a hit and miss but nevertheless, ok so far. The facilities are pretty good but too far from my side. All around a cool place.
There is a super nice and helpful staff. And lots of fun community events! Really nice and friendly place to live! And very family friendly as well!
I love everything about Junction15 apartment complex! The modern design, spacious apartments, and attention to detail are impressive. The amenities like the well-equipped fitness center are fantastic. The location is ideal, with a park nearby for leisurely walks and a convenient light railway for easy access to downtown Dallas. The management team is professional and friendly. Overall, it's a stylish and comfortable place to call home! Highly recommended.
Had a good experience with Junction. Service and repairs were quick and efficient, management communicated well with me. They always make events for the residents like pizza night and other night events. They made a lot of painting and building innovation/repairs while I was there but i guess is to only increase rent prices idk if they did or not as I didnt renew due to the train near by.
This is a great apartment complex. Amenities are just on point. Dvem though the building it's not very modern, it is very well maintained. The maintenance personel and management are great and quick at answering requests. No complains so far.
Absolutely wonderful location. The community is fantastic. I'm hopeful for a pool heater this winter! We love how spacious our two bedroom is.
I've enjoyed my stay here so far. It's been a year and all maintenance need has been handled promptly and professionally. I had have my car towed and to be honest, it was my fault. I didn't update the site, remove the current vehicle info with the details of the car I was borrowing. My apartment balcony faces the courtyard and is pretty quiet which was one of my requests. I'm very happy here.
Great communication from the front office! Anything happening in the building, they will send out an informing email. Very helpful and pleasant staff 10/10
Great neighborhood and polite people. There’s occasional noise from the neighbors and the trash chute gets clogged but other than that it’s a really good place.
The staff is fantastic! The apartments are very comfortable and well kept as is the garage and other common areas. Convenient to a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
It's a nice apartment in a nice area. The staff is responsive and pleasant. Only complaint is that the fire alarm system is too sensitive, there are too many false alarms.
It would be a good and secure apartment if the doors actually worked; however, with the right amount of force they are easy to open IF they aren't already broken. The amenities are few and far between because of the pandemic while rent prices continue to rise here. The office staff is great and knowledgeable. The building clearly has structural issues which they are currently covering up with new paint etc.
As stated in other review this place is a joke. I have had my car hit three times in the lot, no cameras, and the office doesn't care. The build is cheap you can hear anything and everything... inside and out. There is constantly construction, horns, drunks and also the fair share of homeless around. I had the keys left in my door one day when they were in my apartment, while I was at work, and they went home and left the keys in 6 apartments including mine. Barely an apology from the "manager". Oh for the record I have lived here for a year and half. The hallways are not air conditioned, only the one with the demo unit. They are dirty and smell bad. Can't wait to get out of here and get to a better place.
If you are a fan of your car getting hit in the parking garage than this is the place for you! I have lived in the grossly overpriced complex since November and have had my car hit 3 times and my truck once. The parking garage is a nightmare with people flying through it and the lack of space. While the apartment itself is somewhat nice it is far from luxurious. I have had nothing but issues since moving in as whether it be my upstairs neighbor leaving theirs dogs on the balcony to bark all night, the music or TV sounds coming through the poorly insulated walls, or the DJ over at Urban Rio past midnight. Also, make sure to have plenty of change for the homeless people that constantly hound for money. My advice, run from these...you can rent a house for the price they charge for their "better built" apartments
I am one of the first residents of Junction 15, I rented the apartment on line and it was billed as" luxury" apartments. Junction 15 is far from luxurious and just a tiny bit above cheap. Noise: I live in the east side of the building by the DART rail, 12 yards from the southbound train that comes by at 4:05 AM every day and runs all day until 1:30AM. The 32 Degrees bar atop the Urban Crust pizza has high volume amplified music until 2am 3 nights a week so on the east side and north side, I hope you like dance music with a thumping bass beat because, even with windows closed you'll be serenaded well into the night every weekend. On the south side and southern end of the east side you get a similar situation from Urban Rio, The doors and halls transmit all the noise from the tenants going to and fro. Unless you live on the top floor you will hear every step from the folks living above you, thin floors, thin walls, signs of cheap buildings. In the west side, you enjoy the police department testing their sirens day and night. Don't complain on the official Facebook page because that's just for happy talk. Recently they changed the parking rules and now in order to safely park your motorcycle in the same space with your car you must pay $900 a year for a "reserved spot" By the way, the security gates are often broken and recently bike thieves got in and tried to make off with my motorcycle since no security gates impeded their access. The management was completely unconcerned, they couldn't get a repairman in on a Saturday. We have big homeless problem, they sneak in the building, sleep around the dumpsters and harass tenants for handouts. I was assaulted in an attempted pick-pocketing last year right beside the building. All the molding is pressed wood, lots of plastic, the wood floors are thin veneer that peels, the appliances are cheap. Funny how all the positive reviews either sound like the copy from an advertisement or they are from people who just signed a lease or just visited the leasing office.
This is the place to be if you want live in a real community. Not only are there mouthwatering restaurants right outside your doorstep, but even better is the Metro access you have to go anywhere in the DFW area. Every other apartment I looked at if I wanted to do anything I had to drive. Here I have access to shops, restaurants, farmers market, metro, and the downtown pavilion that has live music and tons of events. The apartments themselves are gorgeous with endless amenities like the fitness center, courtyard, pool, and clubhouse which are all open 24/7 .Everything I need is right outside my home and I wouldn't have it any other way.
