So far we’ve enjoyed living here! We like the location, amenities, and living space. My only complaint is the frequent fire alarms that would occur, but they get resolved pretty quick.

Its a pretty good community to live in. I have completed my two years here and am starting my 3rd year at the community. they have good amenities and maintained common spaces. I like how they arrange small events for meet and greet so everyone can socialize and have a small get-together.

This is a nice and friendly environment! I love all of the amenities especially the rooftop lounge, since my apartment didn’t come with a patio. The office staff is nice. There is a lot of things around for you to do. I found a nice walking trail on routh creek and renner!!! I recommend staying here.

User experience has been pretty low quality. Moving into the apartment was a hassle with so many doors to get through and a very slow app to unlock doors. I didn’t realize I had to walk like a quarter of a mile just to get to the apartment no matter which entrance I take. The thermostat's in the units are old and not user friendly and the apartment came with a loud and buzzing AC unit. You have to use a phone app to unlock the garage door and while it’s tech savvy, it’s slow and inconvenient at times. You get a sticker with a QR code that you’re supposed to scan but won’t because of its reflective material. Apartment complex is nice and staff are approachable so far. Overall, the user experience is not strong and has much room for improvement.

I moved to Junction with hopes of having a neighborhood I would feel safe to walk in. I have walked in every direction, including navigating my way to and through Spring Creek. I have never felt uncomfortable nor in danger. I love the quietness of being surrounded by businesses and am not overwhelmed by the consistent hum of Dallas, though it is still present, but quietly. I sm enjoying my decision.

Absolutely love it here! The staff are nice. Blake and Sam are always there to answer any questions. Maintenance is always on time. Parking is a bit of a problem but I try to be home earlier so I can find parking on my floor.

This isn't something current management can control, but my goodness, the ceilings are tall enough so as to render the smoke detectors almost unreachable. I have a small step stool, but nothing so large that I could get up there to replace old batteries. You're pretty much required to get maintenance to take care of it, and woe betide you if the battery needs replacing at 1:00 AM. Just don't use a swivel chair! Otherwise, service is pretty prompt and the maintenance guys are swell.

I've been living here now for several months. I genuinely don't have too many complaints other than an early roach problem (solved with a pair of roach motels), and some package delivery issues involving meal kits, but those are minor — and the latter is out of the control of the apartment, anyway. It's a very quiet community, which I'm thankful for, and I was able to get a reserved parking space at a reasonable price that was close to my apartment. Honestly, the only annoying thing recently is that they made my garage opener obsolete by switching to the Stratis app, but I set up a shortcut in iOS to allow me to quickly open the garage anyway.

Blake at the leasing office has helped me with every single thing I’ve addressed for the last two years that I’ve been here. He always answers all my emails very rapidly! I’ve also never really had any major issues at this complex. My packages have been misplaced or lost before, but they always fix the issue.

Modern, urban living style complex with exceptionally friendly staff, all needed amenities and a quiet, yet convenient location close to UTD, parks, infrastructure. Residential garage parking and free guest parking add extra convenience. You may not find a parking lot on your level if you arrive late at night, but you would still be able to find a lot at a different level. We love that we have chosen this property!
