I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Junction flats. I cannot say enough how accommodating nice and prompt Nick & Krissy are. The best I've ever encountered or worked with. No joke!
All of the leadership here are very helpful and seem to actually care about us residents, rather than just profits. All of our maintenance experiences have been fantastic.
Nick and Krissy have been phenomenal and the building and amenities meet what we like. Having the dog run and dog wash in the back are a huge plus.
Great location and safe environment, After hours security on property. Impressed with the cleaning in this building, every day public areas are being cleaned! Parking on site is convenient and if you have a dog, this place has an amazing dog park attached to the building.
This apartment complex has the best maintenance experiences I've had in apartments.
The maintenance department is always on top of things and does a great job of getting things turned around ASAP.
I feel communication of rule enforcement has been a little heavy handed.

I believe JC is a good community to live in but has been mismanaged during the pandemic. There has been turnover in staff which has caused some frustration. I did recommend someone to live here so I am hoping management improves.

Everything is amazing but the location is a bit not safe due to the surrounding areas
Friendly office staff, clean building and like how they are implementing security measures to make the residents feel safe.
Incredibly unsafe community, do not move in!! The building and garages repeatedly get broken into (almost nightly) and management has done little to nothing to prevent any of the property damage. Parking is $150+ per month yet multiple cars have been broken into, busted windows and even a handful stolen. Legit stolen cars out of our parking garage. ‘Secure’ bike rooms have been broken into with personal bike locks cut and bikes stolen. Strangers/homeless people have gotten into the building and tried to get into people’s apartments in the middle of the night (mine included- on the 5th floor even). Incredibly unsafe building with zero concern from management.

I would recommend Junction Flats to my friends. The building is well maintained, in a good area, really great amenities.
Junction Flats hit all of my major desires in a home and then some. I was so impressed by the pet run which is perfect for my dog, the community spaces are well taken care of and the apartment is perfect for me and my pet.
I have enjoyed living here. I love my apartment, the building and the location.
It's a great location and I would have stayed there had I not bought a house.
New management is horrible. Massive safety issues. Bikes stolen, cars searched, homeless sleeping in lobby and using computers, and hostile management. Don't move here, please.
The personal staff, Heather and maintenance(I forgot his name), are extremely helpful and friendly. They are really good at their job.
I have lived at Junction Flats for 3 years. The old management took a lot better care of property. New management does not match the price. Loose ends fall through the cracks. Cool pool tho.
The complex overall has been great and overall the office staff and maintenance staff have been delightful. My moving in experience was not great and I was actually questioning if I made a wrong decision choosing Junction Flats. I would hope and based on my further experience with staff it would be much smoother with other residence.
I would but would caution them against the inconsistent security and cleaning.
It's a nice apartment complex but I would give my warnings to potential renters. The complex is starting to show wear and tear and does not get fixed in a timely manner. Walls in hallways need repainting, trash in parking garages, rock on stairs chipping away. The area in the community has also gotten a little more interesting in regards to safety as of late. There really should be more of a full time security presence.

Would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the North Loop. Great building interior and exterior, apartments are nice and modern, and there are great amenities.
This place is awesome the staff is friendly the property is well kept. Junction Flats is a very quiet place to live, if you have any issues maintenance is there to solve any issues small or big with a smile. The setting gives you a home filling they have coffee 24/7 that's good I'm a big coffee drinker and the office gives you a smooth welcome and good to have that after a long day at work, come home be greed like that and go and relax in your home..
I have been here a few months & love my apartment & the location of this building. I have, however, been very disappointed in the "coffee lounge" amenity that was, quite honestly, a very big selling point for me. I would say that the coffee lounge is stocked with everything required only 1 out of every 10 times I try to get a cup of coffee! This morning, the only thing available were cups! No cream, no sugar or sweetener. Last week when I tried to get a coffee there weren't any actual cups! If management is going to advertise this as an amenity it should be consistently stocked! At the very least, I should be able to utilize the amenity that was sold to me more than 50% of the time
This is the nicest apartment I've ever rented. Super modern with high ceilings, but unlike a lot of the warehouse apartments. The duct work isn't exposed, which I think is a plus to the look. The staff are very helpful and polite. You have all the pluses and minuses of living downtown. You are .5 a mile from the major music veneers, which makes Wednesday shows a lot more manageable. You are 2 blocks from downtown, but you are also on the outskirts, so it's not like you are located where it will get extremely loud. That being said, there will be a brew pub opening next door. Fulton Brewery is across the street. Fulton is pretty tame and convenient for picking up a growler. I'm not sure how having the new brew pub outside your window will be. Metro Transit is nearby and the buses start up pretty early, which may not be an issue, because most people are waking up around then. There is a fire department down the street that I sometimes wake up to in the middle of the night. Overall it's fairly quiet and the tenants are pretty respectful. Underground parking is convenient with the option to park your bike in a protected cage. I would say this place is a great place to stay if you want to be in the action of Minneapolis and you are willing to pay that premium for downtown living.
