Property Ratings at Junction Santa Monica
This place I do not recommend. You pay top dollar for a resort like space but don’t get treated well when something like your heat or ac breaks. Not good and very dissatisfied yet again.
My wife and I recently moved to Santa Monica from Texas and we couldn't be happier with our decision to make Junction Santa Monica our home. The community is peaceful and welcoming, and the location is simply unbeatable. We love the coffee that is offered in the lobby as well. It feels like living at a high-end hotel. We have overall fallen in love with Santa Monica and all it has to offer. It truly feels like a dream come true. We are grateful for Gil and Alexis' assistance and for finding our little slice of paradise in Santa Monica. Thank you! We were surprised to come across some negative reviews during our search, but we wanted to highlight that our experience has been the complete opposite. The management team has been responsive to our needs, and the maintenance staff has been prompt and efficient. We feel valued as residents and appreciate the sense of community that exists here. The only thing we could do without is the dog shelter noise. But we value the location and overall experience of living here much more than the one downfall!
Very noisy with an animal shelter next to it. Dogs bark at all times of the day and night, making it impossible to work from home or sleep.
I have always wanted to live close to the beach and this place made it possible! I wish I could give it 6 stars.
This building is adjacent to the street close to the freeway so there is always a constant noise. The balcony doors warp due to sun exposure and does not completely lock. I’ve had this problem since day one of my move in and let the management known but they still haven’t fixed the door yet. I’ve been living with constant street noise day and night for at least a few months. This place isn’t a permanent stay.
Beautiful apartment and complex, extremely unsafe. Our bikes were stolen from the locked bike storage room within three weeks of moving in.
The Junction community manager is extremely helpful, and made my moving experience smooth.
Being brand new with the best of amenities makes this a no brainer place to live. I read another review by someone who said that she felt like she was living in a hotel, funny enough I went on a ski vacation and my hotel bathroom wasnt nearly as nice as my junction bathroom! It took me a while to realize the light was going to turn on by itself like at home, so basically living at junction is nicer than many hotels. The staff goes above and beyond as well. I recently was at work and was expecting a very large package to be delivered. I got busy, completely forgot about it and before I could track or figure where it was, I came home to the package in my unit! Junction makes living one less thing to worry about! Plus community events makes it social and fun!
