I love Dionne, she is so phenomenal with her customer service skills. I wish people picked up after their pets in the grass area next too color burst. But I will say, the cleaning staff and maintenance staff are always quick and helpful. I do wish the walls were thicker and game on in the evenings wasn't so loud, but I genuinely don't mind because I am so happy living here.

Juniper has been an excellent choice since i moved here. The staff is courteous, responsive, and prompt in all matters. The facilities are kept clean and the overall vibe in the community here is very pleasant. I would recommend for anyone who is considering a move to check this place out.

There are some good cons in this apartment. Some of the bigger ones are the constant fire alarms. Even when just opening the oven, the alarm will go off for ten minutes. Cracks are starting to form in the ceiling of almost every room in my apartment, I'm not sure why, but through no fault of my own. The leasing center is decent. The biggest pro is location.

So far so good! Been here for about 3 months. I had some problems with upstairs neighbors being ridiculous loud throughout the night and that was resolved quickly! They always have events here as well that’s a good thing!

It’s pretty good. I don’t like the fact the garage door stays open all night. A lot of non residents go in and out there. Everything else seems to be ok. Every now and then someone park there car in a EV charging space and and their car Isn’t an EV or a Hybrid

Been living here for over 4 years now, it used to be so great, but now myself and almost everyone I speak to in the building is impatiently waiting for their lease to end. Prices aren't matching with living conditions. Very beautiful building in a very great area

Moved here in May. I’m very pleased with the apartment features, amenities and super friendly staff!! the location is amazing, it has so much to offer, restaurants, entertainment etc. looking forward to some of the new restaurants opening. Would highly recommend :)

Great staff, quiet lots to downstairs and on the outside of the building there are many really go1od restaurants -- Nice pool and gym--- Perfect spot

The apartment is beautiful and there is a very low noise level, which is good. The view from my balcony is nice. The Juniper staff are great. The thing that can be improved is the electronic workings for the Garage Door and the Entry Doors into the building. It often (very often) takes 3 times for the key fob to actually work to open the doors.

Started off great until I didn’t feel safe living there. All these arson incidents without updates, homeless people sleeping in the loading dock, random people roaming the halls and drug deals going on, illegal car sales happening from the garage. On top of that the price to rent when others are getting significant discounts and trashing the units and amenities.. wasn’t a hard decision to leave

It’s a quiet and safe place to live with helpful staff, a good maintenance team, considerate neighbors, awesome social activities to look forwards too, good eateries and shops surrounding the building, kid friendly and with our sister building that has apartments and hotels room inside it’s convenient for family and friends to stay in close proximity to you and all of the action!

My fiancée and I have thoroughly enjoyed our first couple of weeks at Juniper. The move-in process was simple, and our floor plan is gorgeous. We love all the amenities that the Merriweather District provides. Juniper and the Merriweather District have big city energy despite being in one of the safest and best areas in all of Maryland. We love it! We could not be happier so far!

We've lived at the Juniper for 3 years we love it! We love that the staff knows our children and that the community is a safe place for them to be. My grandkids have come to visit and they can't get enough of the splash pad right outside of our door. It's a great place for friends and family. We are also one of the few communities with amenities that are actually open outside of buisness hours.

It’s a nice place to live but there are issues. Only one person listens to the problems and helps to resolve. There are problems with the key fobs handicap doors that need to be fixed

I love living here. The staff are great, plesant, helpful, just wonderful all around. The place is kept clean and looks fresh. They are very responsive. Sometimes I feel I live in the place all alone until I go downstairs. I life the convenience of food and activites.

It's been great so far. One of the main reasons why I chose juniper over other apartments is because the gym is better. so I've been using that almost everyday. the view is good, the area outside is a nice place to hangout, etc.

Juniper is a beautiful community and is conveniently located. I've only been here 2 weeks and am still adjusting to apartment living.

Overall, Juniper is a great place to live. You have access to all that you need - entertainment, food, etc. The amenities offered are great, and the staff is generally kind. If you don't mind hearing your neighbor, then this is a wonderful place to be.

I'm disappointed to hear that your experience at Juniper wasn't a positive one. I'll speak with the team about what we can do better next time.
During recent toxic exposure from construction downstairs, management completely ignored resident concerns, refused to speak to residents or return phone calls or emails. We were forced to report them to county and state officials. Be very cautious to rent here as more construction will be happening over the next year. They do not care about resident safety, just covering their own liability.

Great building with outstanding amenities, staff, and tons of activities in the community. There are several great restaurants in the area (and most are in the Juniper), with more coming!

Columbia is annually rated as one of the best small towns in America, and the Juniper certainly adds to that rating. Life at the Juniper is vibrant, comfortable and exciting. The location is perfect, set amid Columbia's entertainment, shopping and restaurant districts. The Juniper's amenities are outstanding and easily accessible. Apartments are comfortable and elegant. The grounds are exquisitely maintained, and the maintenance staff is efficient and professional. It's a great place to live, hands down.
