Juniper

My fiancée and I moved to Juniper in July. We absolutely love it! We couldn’t be happier with our apartment, and we love the area. We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

The apartments are modern and stylish and the location is great. Love the convenience of being right in the middle of many restaurant options and community events.

We just moved in and are enjoying living in this community due to its convenient location and positive vibes.Our apartment is light, spacious, and quite new.The swimming pool area and the gym are great.The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we are looking forward to attending the community events to get to know more people.By far, we’ve experienced only positive things here and happy to have joined to this community.

So far it is awesome. Friendly staff, great amenities and super location. We are happy to be living in the area and look forward to warmer weather.

The front office has a fundamental management problem for the entire to continuously lack in resident communication, maintenance repairs and timely updates on issues that affect resident's. The elevator has been down since December with no updates on when the elevator will be returned to service. Christmas Day the fire alarm displaced many residents outside that was enjoying their families and no communication from the front office.

Juniper is a great place to live. Comfortable apartments, wonderful amenities and a desired location combine for a lifestyle of fun and comfort. And the Juniper staff are the absolute best.

Juniper has a customer service problem rooted in either laziness or poor processes. Issues are often ignored, leaving tenants to live with the consequences. Examples: 1) The garage building entrance frequently beeps loudly, but instead of resolving the alert, it’s left to disturb tenants. 2) Hallways and trash rooms are neglected, with messes or tenant policy violations remaining unaddressed. 3) Fire alarm testing by new businesses is poorly managed, leaving tenants unable to plan around the disruptions because of large testing windows. Juniper should schedule the fire alarms at a particular time or better narrow down the scheduled time for their tenants. 4) When the elevator is out of service, no efforts are made to mitigate the impact, leaving tenants to endure the inconvenience. Juniper should step up and prioritize tenant experience and acknowledge the inconvenience.

I am new to the Columbia area and have enjoyed living at Juniper. The apartment is beautiful and in the perfect location, with access to restaurants, Merriweather Post, the Columbia mall, and so much more within walking distance!

Very clean, neighbors are very friendly as well. Leasing agents made the move in process very smooth and there are plenty of amenities for you and your family to enjoy. In a great spot with tons of things to do in the area.

I've been here for about a year now, and I can't say enough good things about the staff here. Every problem I've had they've worked closely with me to fix/figure out. I just renewed for another year.

A little noisy, but otherwise absolutely love this apartment complex. Especially compared to my previous one. It has wonderful and clean amenities, pleasant and efficient staff, and everything is walkable

Juniper is a great residence in a great location. We just moved in and staff were very helpful throughout the process and have made us feel welcome and have been readily available. We look forward to being here and enjoying all in the immediate area (Merriweather, great restaurants and shops, etc.).

My Spouse & I did a tour/ walk through… through out the community/ apartment complex, & we loved it instantly! Our Leasing agent Leon, was amazing and helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions we had. We’re so very blessed to be able to now be apart of this new community and very excited!!

I love Dionne, she is so phenomenal with her customer service skills. I wish people picked up after their pets in the grass area next too color burst. But I will say, the cleaning staff and maintenance staff are always quick and helpful. I do wish the walls were thicker and game on in the evenings wasn't so loud, but I genuinely don't mind because I am so happy living here.

Juniper Apartments is a fantastic place to live! Its prime location makes it incredibly convenient to everything—grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are all within walking distance. The apartments are spacious and modern, with great amenities that enhance the living experience. If you're looking for comfort and accessibility, Juniper Apartments is definitely the place to be!

From my experience, Juniper is the best place to live. Not only does it offer a number of facilities, but the staff and renters are fantastic, and that for me is the most important thing!

Juniper has been an excellent choice since i moved here. The staff is courteous, responsive, and prompt in all matters. The facilities are kept clean and the overall vibe in the community here is very pleasant. I would recommend for anyone who is considering a move to check this place out.

There are some good cons in this apartment. Some of the bigger ones are the constant fire alarms. Even when just opening the oven, the alarm will go off for ten minutes. Cracks are starting to form in the ceiling of almost every room in my apartment, I'm not sure why, but through no fault of my own. The leasing center is decent. The biggest pro is location.

The juniper is clean, friendly, bright, vibrant and overall a great place to stay and enjoy life.

So far so good! Been here for about 3 months. I had some problems with upstairs neighbors being ridiculous loud throughout the night and that was resolved quickly! They always have events here as well that’s a good thing!

It’s pretty good. I don’t like the fact the garage door stays open all night. A lot of non residents go in and out there. Everything else seems to be ok. Every now and then someone park there car in a EV charging space and and their car Isn’t an EV or a Hybrid

Been living here for over 4 years now, it used to be so great, but now myself and almost everyone I speak to in the building is impatiently waiting for their lease to end. Prices aren't matching with living conditions. Very beautiful building in a very great area

The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and eager to assist. Great team and appear to work well together.

Moved here in May. I’m very pleased with the apartment features, amenities and super friendly staff!! the location is amazing, it has so much to offer, restaurants, entertainment etc. looking forward to some of the new restaurants opening. Would highly recommend :)

Absolutely loving the experience and cleanliness! It's beautiful and cozy! I moved in and havnt had any major complaints unlike my previous place!

Great location, comfortable apartment homes and terrific amenities are a tough to beat combination. The maintenance and cleaning staff are responsive and diligent.

Great staff, quiet lots to downstairs and on the outside of the building there are many really go1od restaurants -- Nice pool and gym--- Perfect spot

The apartment is beautiful and there is a very low noise level, which is good. The view from my balcony is nice. The Juniper staff are great. The thing that can be improved is the electronic workings for the Garage Door and the Entry Doors into the building. It often (very often) takes 3 times for the key fob to actually work to open the doors.

We just moved here and it has been a pleasant experience. I love how they have apps for controlling house temperature l, giving garage and lobby access to visitors. All the amenities are amazing

Started off great until I didn’t feel safe living there. All these arson incidents without updates, homeless people sleeping in the loading dock, random people roaming the halls and drug deals going on, illegal car sales happening from the garage. On top of that the price to rent when others are getting significant discounts and trashing the units and amenities.. wasn’t a hard decision to leave

I enjoy living at the Juniper in the Merriweather District. The staff is amazing! The amenities and restaurants are a vibe! Game is a throwback!!!

Juniper is a good place to live and call home. The proximity to restaurants, the pavilion, beautiful park and the mall offer young family an ample opportunity to live a fulfilling life.

It's a peaceful, friendly, and safe place to live. If you're comfortable with the rent prices, it's definitely worth considering. The amenities are excellent, and Merriweather offers a wide variety of dining options.

It’s a quiet and safe place to live with helpful staff, a good maintenance team, considerate neighbors, awesome social activities to look forwards too, good eateries and shops surrounding the building, kid friendly and with our sister building that has apartments and hotels room inside it’s convenient for family and friends to stay in close proximity to you and all of the action!

My fiancée and I have thoroughly enjoyed our first couple of weeks at Juniper. The move-in process was simple, and our floor plan is gorgeous. We love all the amenities that the Merriweather District provides. Juniper and the Merriweather District have big city energy despite being in one of the safest and best areas in all of Maryland. We love it! We could not be happier so far!

Love the Convenient location to local shopping and Baltimore. This is a dog friendly building and management stay's on top of the rules by sending reminder emails to residents so that our building can remain clean.

I’ve absolutely loved living here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the appliances are all up to date and gorgeous. And management has been so responsive and great to work with!

We've lived at the Juniper for 3 years we love it! We love that the staff knows our children and that the community is a safe place for them to be. My grandkids have come to visit and they can't get enough of the splash pad right outside of our door. It's a great place for friends and family. We are also one of the few communities with amenities that are actually open outside of buisness hours.

Great place, feeling good on this first month. There are lots of things to do in Merriweather district, amazing community. Juniper staff are nice and very polite.

Juniper is a contemporary homes and well-maintained public spaces, making it an attractive place to live. However, during the summer months, the area can get quite noisy, likely due to increased outdoor activities and events. Despite this seasonal bustle, Juniper maintains its appeal with friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere year-round.

The building and amenities are beautiful. Also, the building staff is great and they have excellent customer service skills. The building residents are pleasant.

It’s a nice place to live but there are issues. Only one person listens to the problems and helps to resolve. There are problems with the key fobs handicap doors that need to be fixed

Beautiful and serene community. The building has an array of amenities. Excellent customer service and resident care. There are lots of options for food in the community and nearby. I’m proud to call this place home.

I really like living here at Juniper. Also, I must say the nicest, very helpful, and most professional people work at Juniper. So far, all is well.

I love living here. The staff are great, plesant, helpful, just wonderful all around. The place is kept clean and looks fresh. They are very responsive. Sometimes I feel I live in the place all alone until I go downstairs. I life the convenience of food and activites.

Great location. Frustrated with lack of communication from property staff regarding safety concerns, complaints, etc. will not be resigning my lease

It's been great so far. One of the main reasons why I chose juniper over other apartments is because the gym is better. so I've been using that almost everyday. the view is good, the area outside is a nice place to hangout, etc.
