Nice place for Seniors to live

I have a relative who lives in this community. They are nice apartments and the building seems well kept. The only thing I question, in the design of the apartments, was the decision to install bath tubs over walk in showers. My relative struggles to get in and out of the tub/shower to bath. Even though we purchased a shower seat for use while showering, having to step over the side of the tub to get in and out is a struggle for many. A retrofit of the tub/shower would be a wise investment for the community.
